Way overpriced. The coolest thing about this was the elevator. The food took about an hour to get to our table. It was blah. We got there at 6:30 and didn't i look rave till 8:30. Just my friend and me. No drinks. We decided for the amount of money we were dropping on all this, we'd let them know that sitting there for 2 hours to get stringy chicken and cold soup which personally I thought was gross but of course that's my opinion, was unacceptable. I mean one would expect a positive and memorable experience for almost $200. I talked to the manager as kindly as I could. When she came to our table, she was taking all of this so personally. She started making a scene. She threw the waitress under the bus saying that the waitress put the order in late. Managers SHOULD NOT DO THAT. I said can we talk about this somewhere else because you're causing a scene. She says "let's go!" (I'm going to chalk that up to "lost in translation"." Anyway, she then accused us of trying to get free food and that maybe this restaurant isn't 'our kind' of restaurant. what?? She then said I took the soup and the water off your check. So I said "well, yes, I sent the soup back. Of course you'd take the soup back" Anyway, the whole experience was terrible with that manager. It would have been so easy for her to have made things better by not getting so defensive, maybe offering a dessert and an apology or something not just hey here's some free water lol. I do not recommend this place to eat at, food was not worth the price, and that manager was awful. The view of course is gorgeous but not for $75 bucks. Don't bother. Spend your money on a tour of the city or a dance dinner at Paris Bar or something. Okay. I'm off my soap box. Enjoy Berlin! read more
