this parking lot is evil, more like a scam. you can pay the ticket at the exit easily but they leave a very confusing "heads up" or "instruction" or whatever you call it somewhere you can easily read when you head back to ur car, it reads before u return to ur car go to the lobby to pay the ticket. and when you try to figure what the heck does this mean or you did walk to the lobby, it eats up another 20 mins which will cost u 10bucks. if u are visiter of the sky deck, be ready to pay an extra 59 for this visit. it is EVIL. read more

I wish I could give it 0 star. It charges me $59 for 1.5 hours today after I went to skydeck. I am from California and I never charged anything close to this anywhere in the world, I feel like it is trying to rip off tourists visiting chicago. Later on I found out I can get a much better deal prepaid online, if that is the case, how come it has to charge so many times more by walk in? Nice close in parking lot when you are visiting downtown Chicago, especially businesses on the south end of nearby La Salle Street in the financial area. Close by the Board of Trade, the MERC, and many of the central banks (such as Northern Trust and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago), this parking lot is very handy for the financial district. It is a self park so you do it yourself...and yes it costs an arm and half a leg when you do park, but your car is in a safe place that has management on the first floor if you need anything. You can probably find closer parking if you need to access the Courthouse at the Daley Center or the Cook County and State of Illinois buildings a bit farther north on La Salle Street, but for the financial district this one is quick and convenient. You can pre-pay online and that saves you some money. This parking lot is also roomy compared to many others. Give it a try. read more

Had a really good experience at this garage. I found it online and booked ahead since we were going to CHI on a weekend at a peak time of year. Pre-booking online got me a discount along with a Yelp discount! Upon arrival I scanned my reservation via phone at the entrance and was all set! The garage has a very low ceiling, so it was a super lucky thing I took my Thule Racks off my SUV, or I wouldnt have fit! The garage is very well lit, clean, and seemingly safe. My car was here for a long weekend with no issues. Yes its not cheap, but no parking in a major city is, so this is a great choice if you are staying near the financial district. When parking here make sure to check your bank or credit card to see if you have been charged more than once time daily. My husband works nearby and has been parking here on and off for weeks now he is being charged 2 times daily. 23 buck once is bad enough but twice is terr. No one answers a phone or email! read more

Don't park in this garage!! I left my car there overnight. I returned to find a window smashed in. The garage's response was "you're screwed." Scot literally said that to me, in those words. "You'll get a correspondence in the mail." Okay... What will it say? "It will be about our liability." Okay, I get that you're barely literate, but what will it say? "That we have none." So These scumbags don't even refund your parking fee money when your car gets damaged in their craphole garage. They didn't even refund the money for the charge I had to pay to be at the garage the next day when I went to pick up the report! Seriously, they made me pay for that. That is what a-holes they are. So I paid $47 to park overnight only to have my car massively damaged, another $12 to be there to pick up a report which is entirely for their purposes, designed for zero use for the customer, and not only did they offer no help whatsoever for the damage my car experienced, they didn't even refund my parking. I get that they didn't actually commit the crime, they just let anyone roam the garage all night breaking into cars as much as they like. OK. Their liability is none. But they made me pay to be there to pick up the report! DO. NOT. PARK. THERE!!! Your car will not be safe. It is very expensive. You will be treated like crap. Don't park there! read more

Terrible experience. Wish I could give it less than one star. Do not park here. We stayed at a nearby hotel. We drove in and saw the high rate ($52/day). We wanted to ask if we read the sign correctly but all of the employees just stood inside and stared at us. We couldn't turn around so we went in and parked. We found a MUCH cheaper lot (Millennium Garage ). We went to move the car 1.5 hrs later and was charged $49. I asked the employee how that could be...$49 for 1.5 hours. She said it was correct. If we stayed until 4am, it would be $62. That rate was not advertised anywhere. Way too expensive, rude employees, terrible garage! Park two blocks over at Millennium Garage for half the price! They oversell prepaid parking so even if you have paid for a spot ahead of time you can end up circling several times to find a spot. They tell you that you can valet but then you have to deal with that at rush hour at the end of the day plus free baker is never truly free. You are expected to tip. One of the elevator banks is out of service. Expensive for how run down it is and their shady business tactics. read more

When I went to pay for the parking, the machine said I had to pay $36. I inserted my credit card, I tried several times, but it did not work. I pressed the button and talked to some lady who gave me some instructions. I tried, but it did not work. So, after some time she came to help me.
