ORDER TR113170 - I received two vinyls, Koe Wetzel was correct, but the other one is definitely not Merle Haggard. I am requesting the proper album be sent with a return label for the other vinyl, if you wish to receive it back. I did open it because the album does not indicate who it is on the exterior such as the one in the photo on the order.

I not save the packing. I opened it up and set the records down for a few days, and threw away the other info. I just assumed maybe Merle had some unique cover to it and did not think twice about it. I am at work right now, so I dont have access to send a photo.

Nah. I will just go back to Merchbar and Amazon. This is my first and will be my last Tower Records experience. Inconveniencing your customers is not a good utilization of my time. I understand you have a process to follow, but perhaps it needs to be touched up by those who make these decisions. I won't compare Tower Records to the other companies, but perhaps something similar to their processes would be a better commitment to your customers.
