I could not have had a worse misfortune. In the time after the home was set, it became a fight about everything. Bryan and his staff passed the buck on many things on the finishing of the house and blamed it on their specs not being the same as the Kersey specs. When I called to ask Bryan what was taking so long to get the house finished, he reported that it was to be expected, despite his contractors only coming to work on finishing the house 4-6 hours a week. I'm almost sure this was done as retaliation for my questions and concerns, as he wasn't paying the construction loan, I was. This night mare came to an end after I called Beracah Homes directly to report what one of their preferred builders was doing to a customer and Bryan called and was irate that I called. After I moved in there was never a 90 day inspection and punch list that was promised in the contract. 3 years later I call to ask about warping of the front door and flooring problems and Bryan condescendingly informed me that "I was a homeowner and it was now my responsibility". I simply was looking for guidance on where to go with a warranty issue for a 3 year old front door and side lites that is warped. This is my experience and I hope you choose another builder that will treat you with respect and appreciation to build and finish your Berecah Home.
