The inclusion of herb butter AND pepper sauce should have been a tip off the steak needed a cover up. Burgers (16~€) looked good but were carelessly glopped with excessive mayo and the buns were likely a few days old at best. Canned cheez glopped on the fries. Texas potatoes were a tasteless au gratin thing with a slab of cheese on the top. Kitchen guy desperately in need of a hair net. If you must go, have a beer and keep it moving. Served very fast on a Saturday afternoon with country music playing in the back ground. English menu and waitress. Armarillo steak cooked perfect and dipping sauces were good. 1st off great customer service and good cuts I got the dry aged Porterhouse that was aged 8 weeks. Where I was seated I could see the fridge where the steaks were located and I happened to notice little ice crystals on them. Not a big deal if the steaks have time to warm up. However, I watched the staff pull our steaks from the fridge and delivered them cooked within 20 mins. The steaks came out tough because of the fast cooking process and were uneven cooked. Another issue however a simple fix and the staff took care of me, but from a listing point they should say sweet potato fries they were listed as sweet potato so I pictured a baked sweet potato. read more

We went there today for the first time. I love good steaks so i don't mind pricey meat. But if i have to pay €34.- for a man cut filet it gotta be good. This was not the case! I ordered medium and i got Medium rear almost rear. After i told them they didn't do much about it. Tables where pretty filthy too. The service was great. The server helpful and friendly. The food came very fast considering it was a Saturday night. The starters were nothing special. I would consider them just below Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings. I had the Porterhouse. Very thin for a steak the should be 500g. They used a lot of seasoning, something a good steak should be able to go without. The burger was a little overcooked and something covered the taste of the beef. We did get our espresso and cappuccino free, thanks to the waitress. When we asked her about the cheesecake, she told us not to order it. read more

Very good steak place with great pricing. I had the ribeye rare and it was cooked pretty much the way I like it. I think they could stand to use more salt so you don't have to salt it later which isn't the same. The decor is very fitting with the theme and we'll done and the staff is very friendly and attentive. If I were in the area again I'd come back. read more

Reasonably good food, but the service is always slow and sometimes is both slow and awful. We've been there twice and it took 35 minutes (first time) and 50 minutes (tonight) for our food to arrive after ordering. We asked to sit at an empty table near the window and the host gestured to the table next to the kitchen and asked, "You cannot sit at this one?" We ordered large Pils and the waiter brought us small ones. We ordered stillwasser for our son and he brought fizzy water, then overcharged us. I ordered no mayo and when the burger finally came the waiter said with a shrug, "It has mayo. Hope that's okay." Burgers and fries took us nearly two hours.
