Ich war wirklich überzeugt, dass es ein gutes Restaurant ist. Aber am 17. Juli kamen wir zu viert zum Abendessen - und ich kann bis jetzt nicht glauben, wie schlimm dieser Abend verlaufen ist. Wir kamen gegen 21:40 Uhr, das Restaurant hat bis 23:00 geöffnet. Wir waren nüchtern, höflich, freundlich und wollten einfach in Ruhe essen. Wir begrüßten das Personal und sagten, dass wir gerne zu Abend essen würden. Ganz normal - wie alle Gäste. Doch die Kellnerin, die uns bediente, war von Anfang an kalt, abweisend und unfreundlich. Kein Lächeln, kein "Hallo", kein Interesse - dabei sahen wir, wie sie gleichzeitig mit anderen Gästen und Kollegen lachte und scherzte. Uns gegenüber aber benahm sie sich, als wären wir unerwünscht - und das völlig grundlos. Als meine Freundin darum bat, etwas zusätzlichen Käse zu ihrer Bestellung zu bekommen, rollte die Kellnerin demonstrativ mit den Augen - das haben alle am Tisch gesehen. Später brachte sie die Getränke, und dabei kippte sie eine Tasse mit kochendem Wasser über zwei meiner Freunde, direkt auf Oberschenkel und Schoß! Das war kein kleiner Unfall - es war eine ernsthafte Verbrühung! Und das Schockierendste: Sie zeigte keinerlei Mitgefühl, keine Sorge, keine Entschuldigung - nur ein kaltes "Sorry", dann verschwand sie. Keine Servietten, kein Nachfragen, keine Hilfe. Sie bot uns nicht mal an, den Tisch zu wechseln, obwohl alles nass war. Wir mussten selbst umziehen - in nasser Kleidung. Es war einfach beschämend. Danach gab es weitere Probleme mit der Bestellung, falsches Essen wurde gebracht, Besteck fehlte, und die Kellnerin reagierte immer wieder mit abfälligen oder sogar feindseligen Blicken. Als meine Freundin ruhig erwähnte, dass der Service sehr unfreundlich sei, explodierte die Kellnerin plötzlich - sie redete laut, schnell und auf Deutsch auf uns ein, als würde sie uns anschreien oder zurechtweisen. Wir verstanden nicht alles, aber klar war: sie machte uns Vorwürfe, dass wir überhaupt gekommen sind - und so spät noch dazu - und wenn uns etwas nicht passt, sollen wir einfach gehen und nicht wiederkommen. Als ein Freund sie höflich bat, ihren Namen zu nennen oder den Vorgesetzten zu sprechen, reagierte sie wieder aggressiv, rief etwas Unhöfliches, drehte sich weg und verschwand. Er wollte ein Foto von ihrem Namensschild machen, aber sie lief einfach weg. Ich war einfach fassungslos und zutiefst beschämt vor meinen Freunden. Ich hatte sie eingeladen - und sie wurden auf diese Weise behandelt. Niemand verdient so etwas - schon gar nicht in der Gastronomie! Der Abend war verdorben, wir gingen hungrig und mit einem schrecklichen Gefühl. Wilma Wunder - was ist bloß mit euch passiert?

My friend liked the Baked Apple Frappiato from another Coffee Fellows so when we spotted this familiar coffee chain, we decided to go. It turned out to be a comfortable place. Less busy than the one in Frankfurt and since less people the comfy leather-suede couches were up to the choosing. It was stated the Baked Apple Frap. was good and the sandwich was also good. I thought my latte was up to par. I also had the orange juice, a sandwich that was moderately tasty and a BIO Lemon Fresh sparking soda like drink to go. The BIO Lemon Fresh is like a better version of 7up but more natural and had a more zesty taste to it. The funny thing is not too long after we were sitting there, maybe 15 minutes later. I also decided to get a Baked Apple Frap. but the young lady behind the counter said the machine to make it was down. Hmmmmmmm!!! Anyway, this coffee fellows in the train station has two ways to go up to it. And it's not small. It has pay as you go internet stations with like 3-4 computers, three sections to sit (which one is the smoking lounge which I fount to be a very nice room with a great view of the shopping stores of one street).
