Geico dispatched this company out for a flat tire change. Juan Perez was the driver who showed up. I let him into my garage and went back in the house while he attempted to change my tire. He then stole engine parts from my car and my husband's car which was also parked in the garage. He stole our battery, engine covers and other under the hood car parts. This was later discovered when we attempted to start the vehicle and had no response, opened the hood and discovered battery and engine parts missing. A police report was filed and Tow Jann has been no help! They have been rude and refuse to accept responsibility for their employee burglarizing my garage and vehicles! I hope they find him and out him in jail asap. Sick and disgusting! The company should be ashamed and held responsible for this crime. I'm sure it's happened to others! read more

horrible service! I would give the zero stars if I could. we had one of our cars towed and asked to towed to a mechanic shop we always go to. The driver FaceTime does and showed us that he was at the mechanics and said he'll leave our car in the parking lot. Monday morning we get a call from the mechanics saying our car isn't there in nowhere to be found!! we call the driver and he says he left it there but later when questioned by the police he changed his story and said he left it at another location, even though he had the right address to the mechanic shop on the receipt! There is definitely something fishy going on. They then decided to drop it off in the front blocking in another vehicle and would not move when asked to do so and just left. This vehicle was not drivable. Normally, I would understand a tow truck taking a bit of time, what with the immediate nature of a call and wherever the driver is when the call comes in... but I put in a call for a tow via GEICO the day before. Even made an appointment which they missed. 15 mins after the scheduled time passes I get a call saying they're running 30 mins late. 15 mins after they miss their own deadline I call in and now they're running 15 mins late. Read the reviews on yelp, saw the same trouble, and rather than wait 3 hours like a lot of the others, I asked for a different tow company. Again, ask for anyone else. read more

Two words - Ervin. Brown. Could not be more thankful for this fantastic driver and professional tonight as I left IAH and found myself with a flat tire on the north side at Hardy and the Beltway. Was connected through Geico dispatch, and waited an hour. Estimated time was 60 minutes, he arrived in about 70, so all good. Not only did Ervin take the time to analyze my tire issue, he also was exceptionally knowledgeable of the specifics of my particular vehicle (Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400). He ensured me he would get my car to the Discount Tire by my house that I wanted to drop it at, which was after midnight, and clearly after a very long day (for both of us!) This was a Geico dispatch and reading the reviews I was leery but the tow driver Forrest was great. He called me a few times to let me know the eta due to traffic so I appreciated that. Geico sent the tow company to the wrong address so i ended up sending Forrest my location through iMessage which was 15 minutes off from where I was. I was sitting for awhile from the time of the call and when he arrived and we started on the way to the mechanic shop he offered me something to drink(water) cause I'm sure he saw how much I was sweating lol due to my car stalling and so I took the offer since it's so hot and I appreciated that as well. Excellent service. My SUV broke down at the grocery store and my insurance company dispatched a driver from Tow Jam to get it to the shop. Drake arrived 15 minutes earlier than the promised time. He was polite, efficient, and highly professional. He got my vehicle securely loaded up and to my chosen auto shop quickly and without a scratch. When Tow Jam did call back they stated that we should go with another tow company because they will not be able to give us a real estimated time .. I was given a 60 min ETA. Then it was changed to extend for another 60 mins without notifying me. When I called they swore up and down that the driver would be there in 15-20. 25 mins later still no show. I called again, they said 10 mins. 10 mins later no show. I called again and this time they transferred me to the driver that again told me 1" mins. By this point I was no longer calm, so I let them know how upset and inconsiderate they were. At 10:15 they still aren't here, we call in and they have canceled our tow without contacting us. They now tell us that they can be here in two more hours. We schedule it instead for 8 AM the next morning. 7:55 this morning we get a call that they will be at least an hour late. After my experience with this tow company, I'm going to take the "emergency roadside assistance" (which is a joke) feature off of my Geico policy and will be signing up for AAA instead. Geico should reconsider using this company in the future. If they give you a wait time, don't expect them to show up until 3 hours after the quoted wait time. I could go on and on about why I hate this company, but by far my biggest complain is that they kept addressing me by the name Christina Jones. They towed my car to the collision center and gave them the name Christina Jones... which is obviously not even close to my real name. So that was a fun process of trying to find out if my car was there! Also, the girl who answers the phone is so rude. The WORST service EVER. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY after my Insurance carrier called them to confirm the information. LITERALLY reiterated all info INCLUDING the telephone number. I was provided @12am a :90 Minute arrival time. Not happy BUT hey is what it is. Approximately:90 minutes I Call and placed immediately on hold AND sat on hold about 10-15 minutes. I then called from the other phone in the car and they answered on 1st ring. She says they actually should be there. Uhhhhh NOPE I wouldn't be calling, I'm placed on hold - 5minutes she comes back and says he left because you didn't not answer your phone. WHAT I'm here on the phone and asked what number did he call. She 1st give me a 11 digit number 2 many numbers She then gives me the right number AND I say he couldn't have called. O sorry it appears we have the wrong number WHAT how. You JUST gave me the right number. SOOOOo the question is even if I didn't answer He didn't show what if my phone was dead. O yes he did R U Freaking kidding me HELL im sitting right here as well as my Father & Mother by that time. This review is based off of their DRIVING!! So, this morning I was driving to work and as I was getting onto the on ramp, I accelerated so that I wouldn't inconvenience anyone. As I was getting on, I noticed this Tow truck speeding on the "slow" lane which was the lane I was getting on from the ramp. When I noticed this truck was literately kissing the back end of my truck. He almost hit me! I'm 8 months pregnant and had my two babies with me. As he switched lanes, I noticed that he was on his phone which made me think he wasn't paying attention so, I threw him the bird and that's when he switched to my lane disregarding that I was already there and slammed on his breaks! This literally made me shake because the hitch that was behind that truck almost taped my windshield, that's how close he was! This could have been a very bad accident! My kids were crying, they were scared! This was on 45 and Beltway 8. He finally got onto beltway 8 and went about his way. The guy was wearing glasses and had dark hair. As a company, you guys need to put him on check, he could have caused 4 deaths today and that would have been on y'all! So irresponsible and reckless! They were friendly and told me a driver was about 10 minutes away, after about 10 min the driver, showed up like they said. The driver was really friendly and easy to talk with. I have a policy with GEICO and pay for Roadside assistance. I contacted GEICO because I needed to get my car to the shop. I called at 2:30 and was told TOW JAM would be here to pick up the car within 60 minutes as provided in their contract with GEICO. At or About 3:40 I contacted TOW JAM and was told it would be another 40 minutes. Well that time passed like the others with no TOW JAM. I called again, at or about 4:25 and was placed on hold in the mean time I get another call from the Driver who stated it would be another 30 minutes. During all these calls to TOW JAM I updated GEICO of the status. During my last call with GEICO they stated they were cancelling the call with TOW JAM. Of course, GEICO offered to call a different Towing Company, but again with a 60 minute contract. That being said, it did not allow time for my car to get to the shop before the shop closed. Well, at or about 5:15 TOW JAM arrives. My car was not taken to the shop. I am disappointed with TOW JAM and Equally disappointed with GEICO. read more
