I don't think most people have a "good" towing experiences, so to speak, but Ted Whitlock came about as close to good as you can get. Ted answered my call personally, narrowed down my location, and had his tow truck there in just 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the tow process. Ultimately, it took just 5 minutes for my car to be on the truck and heading to its destination. After everything was said and done he sent a receipt for my insurance company, and after my insurance rejected that receipt he was speedy in getting back to me with a new one. I can't speak to how good his pricing is (I don't have experience in tow prices) but I would definitely recommend if you're in the Loganville area and need a tow.

Even though my truck only left in one wrecker they charged me for two bc they said it took both trucks to successfully pull off of hydrant. When the owner was questioned a lot about why their charging me 165 twice he got very loud and proceeded to shut the door on my sister trying to push her out of the office. We had to call cops. He was extremely unprofessional and a crook! To not want to work with me at all cut down the extra 165 at all is one thing but to yell and push a door shut when someone is standing there is not business like at all. He will get paid 3 times off of one towing of a truck. Taking advantage of the weak.
