This was unreasonable, especially since we were not asking for a separate trip, only a stop along the existing route--not to go to the airport first and then be taken to the hotel. The driver was not the issue at all--drivers are clearly restricted and monitored by GPS. The problem lies entirely with the reservation staff, who were rigid, unhelpful, and unwilling to offer any solution. They even claimed that no manager was available, which is both inexcusable and highly questionable during peak season. This was an overpriced, inflexible, and poorly managed service that added stress to an already difficult travel situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reasonable customer service or flexibility.

Easy to book and pay via credit card online which is a huge plus, since I detest having to bring large wads of cash when traveling. On arrival day I received a text message indicating where they were waiting for me. When we got out to the exit after finishing up customs, we saw our CARM holding a sign with my name on it. We walked to him and he quickly message the driver to let him know we've arrived. The CARM rep then graciously offered to help carry our luggage and brought us to the van where our van was at. The ride to Playa was smooth. A/C on full blast which was so wonderful. Similarly getting picked up from the resort back to airport was hassle free. Highly recommend.

Our flight was delayed for about 4 hours but they handled our late arrival well. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our driver but he came and took us to our hotel with no problem. The only minor thing is that the "manager" (the guy who checks you in and gets a driver) tried to charge me more than what my paperwork said but we got it straightened out ok when he refunded the difference without a struggle, I would use this company again.

May 2015 The ride from the airport to the hotel was good…read more For some reason the company was told our flight was delayed, when in fact we landed early. So our van wasn't ready, but it took less than ten minutes to get to us. The van was a newer model, fairly clean, and the driver was very nice and even gave us a bottle of water. His English was limited but was enough. The ride from the hotel to the airport was pretty bad. The driver was about five minutes late. By the time we loaded our luggage and got moving we were fifteen minutes behind schedule. The van was very old, had bad shocks, transmission constantly slipped, interior was dirty and worn, and the driver couldn't even go the speed limit because the van would start to shake. The ride from the airport was less than an hour; the ride to the airport was almost eighty minutes. To make things even worse, the driver spoke no English. Needless to say, the return ride was very stressful. But because the first ride was good I gave 3 Stars.

When I booked I relied on trip advisor reviews and they were 100% correct, this company is cheaper than all the rest, but there is no catch.
