The only thing they've done is plug the inside which continues to leak but also forces excess water to leak at new locations in our basement. We've dealt with flooding and water leaking for the last 6 months. This is not a one-off complaint. Every house on our street has had similar issues. DO NOT hire this company. They are unqualified and refuse to stand behind their work.

Dan Kradzinski has done several projects in our home over the past…read more few years. Most recently he completed a full bath and a powder room remodel. Both rooms look amazing and we are very pleased with his work. We hired Dan after reading about him in a magazine article. He had won awards for projects he recently completed in the area. After having him do work for us, we could see why he was an award winning contractor. Initially he remodeled our kitchen and we knew after that project was completed that as soon as we could afford it, he'd be back to work in our bathrooms. He is a wonderful, honest contractor who guided us through our renovation projects from beginning to end. He helped us with the material choices and gave suggestions as to why some choices would work better than others. The full bath remodel was quite a project as it involved taking out a huge existing closet and taking down a wall between the existing bathroom and bedroom. The new layout works so well for us and we still have just the right amount of space in the adjoining bedroom. It's a bit of a luxury bath with our wonderful bubble tub that I never thought we could have because of space/cost issues but Dan made it work for us and we are more than satisfied.

After six months of terrible communication from contractors with estimates that either never…read morematerialized or were astronomically high to replace deck stairs, we came upon Custom Renovations, and from the first moments of the communication, they were a breath of fresh air. John's communication is unparalleled, and we've never come across any contractor as honest or communicative as him. From the moment we started discussing the problem and the options to correct it, John had a thorough explanation for each step, a detailed listing of all anticipated options and expenses, and an accurate window of time in which he would complete the project. He was clearly passionate and excited about the work he does, and he is a great, upbeat, positive person to work with! Once the project got started, John kept us well informed at every step - texts each morning with an anticipated arrival time, updates if he had to run to the hardware store, any potential weather-related challenges, etc. Not only was John's communication incredible, but so was the quality of his work. John's attention to detail was impeccable. He even custom built extra stairs to create a better, safer angle knowing that there would be kids regularly using these stairs. He also took the time to go through the entire yard with a rolling magnet at the close of the work to ensure that he had not left even a single nail in a place where the kids or the dog would find it and get hurt. Everything about John's work was spectacular and exceptionally unlike any other contractor we've ever experienced. I can't recommend Custom Renovations enough, in fact, we've already set up our next project! You won't be disappointed with John or his work!
