He has been an incredible partner as we transformed our home from top to bottom despite some big challenges (i.e. the pandemic). He listened and followed through on all of our requests, he offered great guidance along the way (but never pushed) and he communicated every step of the way so there were no big surprises. And that's just part of what he brings to the table when you evaluate his craftsmanship. He is a true perfectionist with every single detail. We are just enamored with the transformation of our home and could not be happier. Dom has our highest recommendation!

After calling a few other contractors, Casile Novelli was the most responsive and helpful. I dealt with Dominic - who gave me a fair estimate and did a really nice job on the repair. He was really good and about communicating the times he would show up for both the estimate and the repair. He always showed up in a mask. The repair required taking apart the shelving in the closet and putting them back in place, painting, and using a repair compound for the walls. They did a really nice job and I'm really happy with it. If I had any issues in the house in the future, I'd definitely reach out to them again.

Our plumber confirmed that our bathroom drain line had failed, causing in the leak. With both of us working full time and our 84 yr old mother living with us, we were desperate to find someone to help us. Fortunately, a friend recommended ERC to us. They are a Godsend! Everette is knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with! He explained what was needed and he and his excellent crew performed the work extremely well and within a tight time frame. The best part is Everette's experience with insurance companies. We had filed a claim with our insurance but it went nowhere. We hadn't heard from an adjuster in more than two months. Everette contacted the insurer for us and the adjuster was in contact within a day. ERC's detailed damage and project details convinced the insurer to settle our claim for 80+% of the damage! It was unbelievable! His crew was efficient, quiet, clean and well mannered. They worked well with our plumber, with us and our pets. I can't recommend ERC highly enough for anyone who has damage and an insurance claim! They went above and beyond in every aspect of working with us. They are the best in the business!

His team has worked on projects ranging from minor upgrades to a house like light fixture replacement to complete kitchen renovation and powder room construction. At every step of the way, Ed worked with me within my price points and made sure that corners were never cut with finishing materials or project completion. The few times that I needed some adjustments and changes, his team was back immediately to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. As someone who struggles with some decisions, Ed was patient and understanding while guiding me to what I was looking for. Even when Ed is not there, he has amazing supervisors on site and I have never had to question whether my house will be treated with respect and the care of Ed's own home. The house is actually even cleaner when the team leaves than when they arrive. I cannot recommend Kirbi Construction enough if you want something done correctly, especially if you want to add value to your home.

While working at my house, John took calls on speakerphone from at least THREE different homeowners who were angry with him over not showing up as scheduled, not receiving materials they paid for, and leaving their homes unfinished / unlivable. He did the same to me as well and won't even return calls. - John uses unskilled day laborers to do electrical and carpentry work instead of trained tradesmen or journeymen. Big shock...nothing he touched works! - Waste material from demolition is left behind unless you repeatedly press him to remove it. - He asks for money despite not hitting normal progress points in a job. I paid thousands for work not yet done. - At best, he shows up for 60% of the expected days/hours, until he's in over his head and can't fix the problems he creates. Then, he ghosts you and makes up excuses.
