Yes, the first visit we were there almost 2 hours. But during that time Dr. Vang did a very thorough exam. Yes, he suggested x-rays but did not insist. We were impressed with his review of the X-ray and his suggestions for treatment. The method of treatment was not painful for Mom. When she has returned for treatment we are in and out in about 15 minutes. The treatments have helped her pain tremendously. We are very impressed with the friendly staff. The guy that manipulated me couldn't get the bed to stay straight and kept kicking it. It seemed like the equipment was faulty. I visited once, and they convinced me to sign up for the plan. I immediately regretted it. Forgot about it. Tried to cancel a few months later. They told me they couldn't cancel over the phone due to "HIPPA" (which I can tell you with absolute certainty is COMPLETELY FALSE). Then you try to call corporate to cancel and can't get through to anyone. When I called the store in Little Rock again, about six months later (after I was unfortunately, surprised that I had been charge for so many months without visiting) she told me I'd have to go in person to the nearest Joint to cancel in a different State. In the meantime, they were happy to continue charging my credit card $69 per month. I am posting this for this location because this is where I signed up. I'm sure the nice people working there (or at least some of them) don't realize who they are working for. All I can say is please for the love of God think twice about signing up for their damn membership. Would never recommend anyone ever go to the Joint. Especially my patients. These predatory business models need to stay away from healthcare. P.s. they are still charging my card despite me telling them they are not authorized to do so. They have charged me for over a year of services despite me being there once and calling at least three times requesting they stop charging my card.
