Regarding the "survey feedback", I gave it a 10 rating. I have had a remarkable experience at the SERC! In answer to the question, "Anything we...could improve?" No. Jatavia was very helpful. Emotionally, scheduling was easy and accommodating; the background music was fun. Physically, my therapists, Wade and Sidney, helped me get stronger in the areas that I feel were weakened because of little use, and that were affected even more so by the injury I sustained. They knew exactly what areas and underlying areas were affected without MRI results or x-rays and went to work on those areas. They were right on point with EVERYTHING!! They were kind, patient, and understanding! They addressed any concerns and answered all of my questions. As a matter of fact, I've already reached out to my adopted UCA Brothers, former football teammates and brothers/friends of my cousin, George H. Richardson, whom they called Big Jinx. They're in their sixties now and some are dealing with their own aches and pains. I recommended the SERC to them. Don't be surprised if they decide to come in sporting BEAR merch. (LOL) Jatavia, Wade, Sidney, I met them in that order. Their professionalism, expert knowledge, technique, listening ears, observant eyes and superb multi-tasking skills are unparalleled to other PT clinics I've visited. They were thorough! Also, they kept the place clean and orderly. Pillow coverings and other coverings were changed after each client's use. Things were sprayed down with disinfectant and there was no shortage of hand sanitizer. The bathroom was clean and accommodating, and water was filtered and cold--no bottles. I look forward to coming back probably in the fall. In the meantime, I will TRY to be diligent, on my own, in doing those exercises they recommended.

Because I had already endured many painful weeks before getting my shoulder repaired, I was somewhat apprehensive about how the physical therapy would proceed. My fears were calmed on the first day by my physical therapist, Wade Garrett, who was very reassuring that all would be fine. Wade brought me through weeks of PT treatments that made my shoulder/arm function so much better. I will forever be grateful to SERC, Wade, and all the services provided to me.

Over night she has become listless and lethargic. The staff and doctors need to take care of this ASAP. I bribed them that I would bring them a chocolate cake if the would drop one of the exercises that I didn't like that much. They would not accept the bribe but told me to go on and bring the cake.
