I had been in pain this time for five months, and even had days I couldn't step out of bed. Keely did my initial examine where she diagnosed what was thought to be the problem. From then she had me on a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises to help target the area of weakness and pain. She also gave me a series of stretches to do at home on my own. In three treatments he reduced a lot of the tension I have been fighting for four months and showed me there is some hope for my case. I wish I lived closer so I could go every week.
