I went to Mansfield where the tech ultrasounded and kept asking Does this hurt? I never saw or spoke to the radiologist on duty. I just got a message from the cloaks lady. Radiologist said you're fine, come back in 12 months. And a letter saying the same thing. Ten months later I found the lump, had a mastectomy and chemo and require radiation. My Oncologist in Fort Worth said - I've seen the ultrasound, you should have been biopsied IMMEDIATELY. Why did they send you home? At the very least they should have had you back in a month. God intervened to save me!

I understand no shows. BUT, If I have NEVER done a NO SHOW at your office, then I do not need more than 2 reminders the week of my appointment.
