This place was truly a blessing, they scheduled us quickly and with zero hassle, and they were very reasonably priced for out of pocket. It was a very clean, and professional environment/experience. Thank you all, we appreciate you

I've been here two times now, 17w and 26w, and both times were absolutely phenomenal. My first…read morevisit was with my SO's parents after I had revealed my big secret-- I'm pregnant. I was terrified, had never seen a doctor, and did not know what to expect. I was an anxious, confused mess. That all I changed when I arrived at my appointment. Makeba has this calming aura around her and she genuinely cares about people, there's no question. The moment she placed the probe on my belly and my baby appeared on that giant screen, I fell in love. I kept asking stupid questions "Are they okay? Are they happy?" while choking back tears and she patiently reassured me of my fluid levels, taking measurements, etc. She didn't need to go above and beyond, but she did because of her caring nature. I went for my second visit at 26w with my SO. We legit drove all the way from Waxahachie, passing MANY ultrasound clinics we could have went to just to go to this one. The machines are far better than other places, and for the lowest price you can find. Seriously, these machines are like the Teslas of ultrasounds. Makeba was incredibly kind and wonderful, that's no surprise. She is seriously talented with that probe. She showed me baby's feet and said "oh look she's kicking!" and I immediately felt kicks. Later that day, I got a notification to my phone and there was a 26 photo album of 4d photos, along with a video of my baby smiling and opening her mouth/eyes. I paid for 4 photos in b&w, you did not need to do all that Makeba you are too kind! I watch that video every single day and smile. My father had heart surgery the day before, and he said that sweet video almost had them wheeling him back in the operating room! lol I'd vote for Makeba for president, just saying.

When I've needed outpatient imaging I now request only the Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center…read more(SWDIC) in Dallas. I've been their patient for decades, the first reason I recommend them. I've seen many freestanding radiology practices disappear, along with my reports and images, many of which would be valuable for comparison if only they were available. My first tip: Stick with a company with proven longevity, such as SWDIC. My second tip: Get all of your outpatient imaging done at the same place so that you will know how to quickly find what a provider may want to see some day. SWDIC does every procedure I can think of. My next tip: if you have special needs, go to an imaging center where the staff and their accomodations can meet your needs easily. Two examples: at SWDIC, I always had the best of care from Cindy, the same mammography tech year after year, despite my limitations from MS. And I know of no other place you can have an MRI if you can't just get up and walk away from your power wheelchair (Don't I wish!) and walk the long distance to the MRI table. Uh, there's a good reason that I must use a power wheelchair, and only SWDIC has an MRI with a detachable exam table that can be brought to the patient who can't trek to an attached exam table! I thank God for the foresight of SWDIC clinical and executive staff for providing this invaluable tool! Never have I ever met a SWIC staff member, from schedulers to the front desk, to the professional staff who was not both professional and kind, and personal if the interaction was long enough. You may well leave with your images and reports in hand; just ask, if that will be helpful. And don't get away without a parking voucher, although I've always been given one before I could ask.

I had an appointment for May 25th, 2026 and called to confirm in advance that they would be open this day. I was told they'd be open, and received several emails to confirm my appointment as well as a text message to confirm, only to drive 45 minutes to arrive at a closed facility. The owner claimed to have sent me text messages saying the sonographer was out because of an emergency surgery but I did not receive said messages or any calls or emails. Very disappointing and unacceptable. They tried to blame me for their mistake by saying I put the wrong number on file, but I came here in 2022 and they had no problem sending messages to the number on file then. I do not recommend Stork Vision. They suck!!

This review is strictly for the sonogram tech who did our sonogram. Her bedside manner, personality…read moreand attitude were absolutely atrocious. I'm very accepting of all personality types but calling her opinionated, naggish, negative and pushy is being kind. We almost got off that table and walked out. Let's start with her repeatedly asking how many weeks we were, even though she was told several times and it was right on the screen in front of her. We literally just stopped answering the question. Then her comments like.. * It's going to hurt so bad. Just get the epidural. After being told that we were using a midwife and doing a water birth. That should usually trigger someone that this birth is a natural birth. When she said that we asked her clearly shocked why would you say that or encourage people to get an epidural, she carried on and then said, well maybe it just hurt me so bad because I'm so petite. Girl. What?? Maybe some people just have a really low pain tolerance. * After that awkward encounter that almost made us get up and leave she had the audacity to say, it has a really big head and has to go through that little space right there. That's your birth canal. So the big head has to go through there. That's a really big umbilical cord. * Yes she said it. She kept referring to him as an it. * I have three kids, I know what I'm talking about. * Is the dad so excited? Where is he? He must have had to work today that's why he missed the appointment. *Look, Look, look. Look here. Look. So rushy and naggish. There is a dozen other things that made our eyebrows raise but those were the worst. Oh and the pushing for tips. That's crazy. I just paid almost $200 for this sonogram. You are a sonogram tech. That's what I'm paying for. That's like tipping your dentist or doctor. And having to go into the screen, select custom and enter zero is crazy. Her energy was so negative we didn't even tell her our baby's name when she asked. Didn't want that toxicity muddled with it.
