Recently, Brandon Garcia and his company - Low Country Drywall and Painting completed two jobs for…read moreus. The first job was to build a new wall in closet in our upstairs bedroom. The job included some carpentry and electrical work that Brandon helped coordinate and get completed on a timely basis. The quality is very good and we really appreciated Brandon's professionalism and overall customer service. They were also good at cleaning up every day. Our second job was to finish the inside of our garage ... Brandon was helpful in talking through options and coordinating schedules. His team paid attention to details and got the job done quickly. We highly recommend Low Country Drywall and Painting! Thanks Brandon!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE…read more We came to A 5 handyman services because we have a home that we rent out in Port Royal that needed the floor to be repaired. It was popping up on a small. He came in to "fix" the issue, only to leave it with more floorboards that were popping up, not installed correctly, and with water still coming through the door. I reached out to him on the same day to see if he can fix it, and he said that he would. HE NEVER CAME TO FIX THE ISSUE! I sent that message on the 26th of June, and reached out 2 weeks later because he never responded on the exact date of him coming to fix it. He said he needed to get more of the floorboard and reached out to whoever to see if they had more, but said he would come back the next day to fix it. He never showed up. He would leave us on read and not respond for weeks on end for trying to fix what he messed up. We said that if he didn't come, we'd want a refund, and he assured us that on the 7th of August ( it's been almost 2 months now), that he would come to fix it. We sent a message again to confirm when he was coming and he for sure said on the 7th of August. The 7th of August come and he texts that day saying he can't come again because he has jury duty. He could've told us the day before but didn't! He said he would come on the next day, August 8. August 8 comes and guess what, he didn't come! Court ran over so he couldn't. It has been excuse after excuse with this guy. We told him that we're done. We want a refund because he didn't fix the problem. He also put on our invoice that he bought 2 boxes of the laminate floor, but came to the house with no boxes and used what we had left from installing the floor in the first place. How do we get charged for something he never bought? And if he never bought it, why take the project saying you can fix the problem! I'm telling you, this company is a joke. He ruined our floor, with numerous individuals saying that it looked like he had no idea what he was doing after looking at the finished product. But he won't give a refund back, only for "labor costs" that were never on the invoice from the get go. Save your money, people, because this company will steal it with the quickness and give every excuse to not get it back. If you're in Port Royal, South Carolina, active duty or civilian, stay away.

The house was dirty with thick dust, scratches and scuffs all over the walls, and a closet that smelled like a littler box. After moving 4,000 miles, I was absolutely gutted by the state of the house. My mom reached out to help set up cleaning services and found Jayleen. She and Olivia are miracle workers! They got the house into shape quickly and did everything we asked for, no matter how small. They were honest about their abilities to take care of some things in one go (like the cat smell in the closet), but gave us great tips and tricks on how to maintain the cleanliness of the home. Jayleen and Olivia really are heavenly! Don't hesitate to call them.

The cleaners helped me move some small furniture and cleaned around the big furniture. After 3 hours my carpets are almost dry. I have to do move out cleanings every 1-3 years when I move for work and I think the truck systems get the carpets a little cleaner. These cleaners use a truck-less system. A few comments on customer service: I called around town getting quotes and when I called back a second time to book, they did not realize I had called once before and quoted me $30 more than the original quote. When I mentioned it, they did honor the lower price. But they did not honor the Yelp voucher I bought. Hopefully Yelp will refund it.

Billy did a really good job communicating except for the portions he failed to want to address that…read morehe agreed to conduct. He pitched to me a carpenter that could take care of a small item we needed help with on a cabinet. He included this in his estimate and we agreed to terms. It was like pulling teeth to get the carpenter to do the job, and ultimately, did not do the job, and Billy did adjust the final payment. As for the painting, we had to have the crew back to fix obvious issues, other areas agreed to that were not completed, and still did not pick up their mess. Another area of concern was we found beer in our fridge from his crew. He investigated and said it was for a friend after they completed work...which is quite suspect. Given the quality of the services, I could see them having some beers as part of their day-to-day... I would rate the painting overall 2 stars. I frankly could have done a better job...I just didn't want to paint the entire place (every wall, every ceiling). They did remove popcorn ceiling in a couple rooms and that effort was good quality. If I had to do this again, I would have went with a couple other options/companies that were within the same quote value as Billy's team at Daygig Painting. Billy is a decent person, and it pains me to rate so poorly, but ultimately, for the cost of this job, the value was just not there. I wouldn't recommend doing more business with this company.

I'm disappointed as he came recommended by Sherwin Williams.
