And soon we will remodel our laundry room and guest bathroom with them. I guess this says all you need to know about what we think about HH Kitchen and Tile. They are true professionals. Each person that comes to our house is at the top of their game. Perfectionists one and all. We are not saavy when it comes to remodeling. So we especially appreciate Randy and Debbie helping us form and decide what we want to do. The suggestions they offer are right on and give us what we need to feel comfortable to proceed. You never hear "we can't do that". It's always "yes we can do that". They are always on time. They are considerate of our space. They always clean up after themselves. Our remodel included a lot of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Our previous shower was now turned into a beautiful closet with many drawers and shelves. Our unused tub turned into a walk in shower. The existing window in the shower now has the ability to either fog or clear with a click of a switch. When we canceled due to delays, they tried to charge a 55% restocking fee on what was in stock. 2. We prepaid for shower glass and had it measured. Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. To top it off, the owner told my contractor he still wanted his business--after blatantly ghosting us. That says everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.

The unprofessionalism demonstrated by General Manager was astounding. Phone calls going unanswered, appointments not kept, paperwork not submitted, and inaccuracies in what was presented. The General Manager finally kept an appointment to measure the space I needed flooring for, only to be unable or unwilling to actually submit a proposal for the work. I followed up three times to request the subsequent proposal and was told on one occasion, when I stopped by the store, to expect a call from the General Manager within the next 30 minutes. I was told this by his coworker who called him in my presence to find out why I never received the proposal. Needless to say, that call from the General Manager was never received. Fortunately, the Bluffton and Hilton Head areas have many options for their flooring needs, and I for one strongly recommend choosing one other than Builtmart, LLC. I arrived at the realization that if Builtmart, LLC was as underwhelming, unreliable, and unprofessional BEFORE getting the sale, then the likelihood is that the quality of the work after securing the contract would probably leave a lot to be desired. My recommendation is to choose your flooring company wisely and choose anyone in Bluffton other than Builtmart.

I made the mistake of believing all the reviews for Sir Grout. He was prompt up to the point where…read morethe work was complete. There was no steam cleaning or machine scrubbing of the bathroom tile. Because of the design, the only way to be sure it is clean is to scrub it. Upon checking the tile was still dirty. I have tried to contact Sir Grout and ask them to look at the result but they don't answer my call or emails. All they really did was apply a colored sealer on top of the existing grout. The recommended detergent for mopping the tile doesn't do anything to remove the dirt. We are very disappointed.
