It caused damage to the ceiling around the chimney. The sheetrock bubbled up and water was dripping down. Antonio came and got up on the roof and ran a hose and he could see the water pouring in. He sent someone to caulk around the chimney. It was understood that he would fix the interior damage. We waited to test with windy rainstorms to make sure the caulk worked. Roll the clock forward - we called a couple times to get the interior work done and finally got to speak with Antonio. He is insisting that the interior damage was always there - before he put the roof on. He is basically calling us liars. He also said that he does not fix interior damage. He only fixes the roof if there is something wrong. So if the flashing they installed did caused leaking and damage due to an error in their work, you are out of luck. We did probably wait too long before pushing the issue. I would understand if he said too much time had elapsed, but instead, he proceeded to argue with us that the damage was already inside before the roof and flashing job. Shame on him.

He came in to "fix" the issue, only to leave it with more floorboards that were popping up, not installed correctly, and with water still coming through the door. I reached out to him on the same day to see if he can fix it, and he said that he would. HE NEVER CAME TO FIX THE ISSUE! I sent that message on the 26th of June, and reached out 2 weeks later because he never responded on the exact date of him coming to fix it. He said he needed to get more of the floorboard and reached out to whoever to see if they had more, but said he would come back the next day to fix it. He never showed up. He would leave us on read and not respond for weeks on end for trying to fix what he messed up. We said that if he didn't come, we'd want a refund, and he assured us that on the 7th of August ( it's been almost 2 months now), that he would come to fix it. We sent a message again to confirm when he was coming and he for sure said on the 7th of August. The 7th of August come and he texts that day saying he can't come again because he has jury duty. He could've told us the day before but didn't! He said he would come on the next day, August 8. August 8 comes and guess what, he didn't come! Court ran over so he couldn't. It has been excuse after excuse with this guy. We told him that we're done. We want a refund because he didn't fix the problem. He also put on our invoice that he bought 2 boxes of the laminate floor, but came to the house with no boxes and used what we had left from installing the floor in the first place. How do we get charged for something he never bought? And if he never bought it, why take the project saying you can fix the problem! I'm telling you, this company is a joke. He ruined our floor, with numerous individuals saying that it looked like he had no idea what he was doing after looking at the finished product. But he won't give a refund back, only for "labor costs" that were never on the invoice from the get go.
