Our house should have never passed inspections for a CO based on roofing alone. Blower Door Test results: 39-qty of the can lighting are NOT sealed (=Winter heat escapes into Attic. =Summer 180 degree heat penetrates into the house (we had -0- ridge vents) Outside Wall Sockets are also NOT sealed. Thermal Imaging results: all 3 tray ceilings JOISTS are visible from inside (= -0- to "dusting" insulation above in the attic not per code in SC R38 ~22" Blown Insulation. We will turnover the report to builder for our 1yr Warranty expecting another "denied", but if not we'll insist PE crew perform the work confident house would finally pass code.
