I was pretty impressed by how clean it got my car, it even reached some spots I typically have to clean after because of my hatchback trunk. The air freshener smelled amazing, but not overpowering. They offer a monthly membership which has a dedicated line and there's a separate line with a cashier for the non-members.

I saw a members line, which I was not, so I went to the other open lane. I chose the $15 wash and the woman in the window told me about their special offer of a $5 first month membership. She explained everything and I said why not? It is unlimited washes at all locations and I can cancel at any time. It goes up to $30 for additional months, but you can also change the levels. She gave me the dust wipe and air freshener; she said next time I can just roll my window down and the first attendant will give me another set. It was easy to pull in with the help of attendants and I had a nice wash,and used the free vacuums. I have never been one to frequently use a car wash, but I will use it often.

Additionally all of the brushes are soft. Bug mess on your grill? They have a station for that. I like that everybody can get free hanging car fresheners and dash wipes, not just the VIPs. The car freshener smells really great, like a nice cologne and it's not ridiculously strong. The car wash does an excellent job getting my car clean and the free vacuums are always helpful to have. I immediately pulled around and told the clerk there and he told his "supervisor". The young gentleman came out with an ipad and said smirkingly "cracked windshield?" Eluding to the fact this wasn't his first time taking this claim. He Took some pictures and all my personal info. They definitely had a process down pat to claim damages making me believe this car wash damages cars often. I got an auto generated email the next morning saying they take no responsibility and there had to have already been damage before. Nobody ever called and apologized or seemed to care about my business. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY! Not even a phone call!

There are a bunch of gas islands available and parking is actually quite ample. The exterior has always been clean. Interior: it is a tiny convenience store with the bare necessities available should you find you need to grab something. It is always clean. Staff: the associates are always polite and helpful. They remember prior conversations and make you feel valued. Overall, a nice little convenience store with friendly people. Tip: gas is cheaper just down the road. Two grocery stores are right there, so hold off picking up those necessities for another block (since one of them is 24/7).
