She is American, speaks English, (if that matters to anyone) and is super sweet. She will sit down with you and actually listen to what you want and then give her thought based on your hair texture, length and the styles up keep. I love this kind of one on one service. They also offer nail and tanning services, but I have not had that done and cannot speak for those services. The pricing is reasonable for cuts and I always leave satisfied.
