It may shock you to know that, in fact, I did not look anything like her and it was an utterly tragic choice. I have had trouble growing my hair back out ever since and have struggled with the regret and naturally associated hits to my self-love over the years as a result. BUT NO MORE, PEOPLE! A recent bad haircut lead me to the thought of extensions and then to GROW. Why did it take me so long? Devyn did what years of therapy can only hope to do and gave me my groove back in less than 2 hours, at least in this very important area. My hair literally looks like what I have been striving to get back to for over 6 years - it's so natural, it fools me in the mirror, but I know who to thank (Devyn, to be clear). They use great products, tools and I love his technique. One major difference I see in the shop is the increased diverse talent and vibrancy of the staff. I appreciate that in a hair salon. Bookings are online or phone call, parking spots are across at Einstein's (I learned the hard way today and parked in the big lot next to Sprint and had to pay an event fare) and Starbucks is up the block if you need a coffee/tea although the staff here will gladly pour you a mimosa.

The appointment was for April 2nd. The stylist contacted me on April 1st (Easter) indicating she had to work another job and could not make my appointment and would have to reschedule me. I could not accommodate her reschedule offer and asked for a refund of my deposit. She responded that she would not grant my refund. This is not good business at all. If the appointment is missed because of me, then I understand the forfeiture of my deposit. If you cause the cancellation then you should happily refund my money. I would not rebook nor recommend doing business with this company if this is their standard busy practice. ***update*** The business reached out promptly and resolved this matter.

As this was my first weave, I was a little nervous, but Candace was very helpful and extremely patient. Her suggestions were inline with what I received from my stylist. Candace explained how to care for the extensions after swimming and showed me the hair care products they sold. There wasn't any pressure to buy them and she gave me product ingredients to avoid if I went to a beauty supply store. Yes, they are on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. I purchased 2 bundles - they were so full that I even had a little left over. I am extremely please with the results and the versatility for different styles.

I tried it for a 2nd time, the first time I thought it was a bad batch. Things happens all the time, I was sure luck just wasn't on my side the very first time but having tried it for the 2nd time years later and I was convinced it wasn't a bad batch and I was not crazy. Indique hair shedded horribly, frizzed and tangled very bad. I did contact indique customer service, they offered me a discount but I didnt want to put any of Indique hair brand back in my head. There must be a synthetic blend with this hair my guess, because it tangles so bad until you'll try to brush the tangles out and hair comes out and if you have a sew in like I did, I was about to pull the hair from the braid it was that tangled. I did send indique photos and videos and they asked about me about products to maintain it, but I only use quality shampoo and conditioner and I was using a leave in conditioner to help with the tangleness and frizz but it helped very little. Purchase at your own risk, I'm definitely not recommending. Customer service was nice but the quality of the hair is horrible and again, I tried it for the 2nd time
