The atmosphere is hostile . The ladies are arguing over clients . The braiders that aren't working come and distract the other braiders with gossip , stopping them showing pictures videos on phones just very unprofessional . I kid you not the lady doing my hair took 2 hours just on the back of my hair not because she was moving slow , because she took 4 breaks walked outside several times was on her phone and my braids reflected that . If you value your time and money don't go here . You've been warned . There is a number to contact to complain no one ever answers it's a google voice number again very unprofessional . They only take cash because they ALL know once a person gets home and inspects those braids no bank will have a problem with your dispute with photos of their work . The cash only should have been the biggest red flag . Those people play in your head . I wish there was an option for -0 . Ok when it came time to weaving my hair stylist kept poking my scalp with the needle, that was very annoying it was painful. And my hair was being pulled tight.. I mention it to stylist I doubt she showed any concerns.I had my hair done may times before and never had I experience this, but it gets worse I'm taking my hair down my sister takes down this braid and my scalp came right out with it! I'm very pissed off now I'm walking around with no edge like a chicken head. I'm a natural gal and actually care about my hair and don't like to constantly hide my fair under other people hair, I did this weave so I can have it in a protective style. But NEVER again. Decided to get my beard trimmed for the new year and my regular barber was closed. Celebrity Cutzz…read morewas on my way home so I stopped in. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who told me the barbers weren't there yet but one was on the way. While waiting I noticed the shop was clean and orderly with several signs that said "no profanity". He arrived within 5 minutes and I was in Rashaad's (not sure about the spelling) chair about 5 minutes after that. The young lady had told me just before he walked in that he was detail oriented and good. UNDERSTATEMENT! I have been growing a beard for just under a year and been to several barbers throughout Atlanta and thought I had found a good one. Rashaad took it to the next level. It was clean, sharp, and I actually gasped when I looked in the mirror (GASPED!). Now I would have given Celebrity Cutzz 5 stars but the place opens at 8 am and when I got there at 10:15 am no one was on duty. Also, several customers came in looking for specific barbers that weren't there and the young lady didn't know when they would be there and told the customers to call them (I shouldn't have to track you down to get a cut). If you have set hours you need to be there or be by appointment only. So here is the breakdown: Celebrity Cutzz gets 3 stars and Rashaad gets 5 stars so that averages to 4 stars.

My daughter braid service started at 12pm on that date and did not end until 11:30pm that night. My daughter was getting knotless. My daughter asked them to correct the braids in the back because they were uneven from the front. The front braids were small and the back was medium. She asked several times if someone was going to assist with braiding. She did not get and answer and they were rude. I had to send for my daughter by a relative close in the area to go up to the shop to advocate more on her behalf because she is19 and obviously they knew how to be dismissive. It took over 10 hours for them to do knotless. Needless to say there was a deduction in money they received on our end. The style was finished at 11:30 pm with an apology issued after being confronted by the relative. Its not acceptable especially when they want to charge high prices and short change customers on braiding quality. Time is valuable just like money. I encourage you to reconsider where you invest your dollars. As a parent, it didnt sit well with me nor my child even if she is an adult. This is one shop that will NOT be gaining any referrals their way! Its time out for poor service. You will definitely do better when bad reviews start affecting your pockets!
