She looked up my appointment but was not able to find it (bummer!) Instead of turning me away, she gave me an option to wait for few minutes as somebody will be free and then they can attend us. That was enough to wow me over as let me tell you that it was a busy Saturday morning. After a very short wait, Andrea came in and introduced herself. She took a look at my daughter's hair and offered suggestions.
