Had been eyeing this place several times when I would come home to visit. My sister finally suggested that I check it out. Thankfully she did because it was DELICIOUS! Customer service was a 10 outta 10 my first visit! Oh yeah, you read that right. I ended up coming two days later after my first time lol. I guess I have to write 2 reviews lol. As soon as we were seated our drink orders were taken. Drinks brought to the table immediately. Looking around you can tell this is a family-oriented restaurant. A place where all families can come and enjoy good laughs, great music, and exquisite food. I ordered the Tottos Queso Dip as an appetizer. Never have I ever had a queso dip that good. Only negative thing I can say about it is that it's a bit watery/thin! Makes a huge mess if you're not careful. Taste is exquisite overall. Our food came out piping hot. Whoever they have cooking in the kitchen knows exactly how to put it down. The chicken, steak and shrimp were very tender. The steak a bit fatty, but everything tasted wonderful. I noticed the tables and chairs were clean. Floors clean and presentable upon entering. The staff were busy taking care of their patrons. If you're craving Mexican dishes this is the place for you. I have been eating at this place for a few years since they were just a food truck. I've made a complaint to management before with a different problem. Today for cinco de mayo I understand it's busy but the service has went down completely for me. Some of the servers act like they would rather not serve you. After a long day of work people want to come have a good time and feel welcomed. I'd rather not spend my money here anymore although the food is good but not for shitty service and attitudes. read more

Unfortunately my rating on my favorite Mexican restaurant is going to three stars. The last four times I've been here I've had issues each time. 1. phone orders are consistently wrong 2. Frequent missing meals 3. Quality of lettuce and "salads" has gone downhill. Brown, wilted lettuce, no tomatoes and guacamole slapped in the box making a huge mess The last four times I've had all of these issues. I live 30 minutes away so when my food is partially missing or poor quality it is very inconvenient to come back. read more

The customer service from this lady is absolutely horrible .... The past few times Ive been this same lady is always RUDE. I asked for a high chair she didn't bother to get it . When another family came in with a child I saw that her waiter grabbed them a high chair but our waiter couldn't do the same . After the horrible customer service she had a nerve to ask for a tip ... she didn't deserve one and because of this I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone else nor will I be going back . read more

So, first time here. Decided to stop by while visiting for a friend's kid baseball game. While I was greeted upon arrival, I basically had to seat myself. No problemo. Once sat, a very nice young lady came and greeted me with a menu, water, and salsa to start. Typical Hispanic food restaurant behavior. I ordered 3 tacos, two steaks, and one chicken. They we're very delicious. Very flavorful, meat tender, and juicy. The vibes are once again your typical mexican restaurant ambiance. Music is loud, and the service is decent. They just went from a food truck to an actual establishment, not so long ago so give them some grace. Otherwise, you won't be disappointed. read more

I love this place, it's my favorite Mexican restaurant around. I found this place after it opened from being a food truck in the foodlion parking lot. The service is amazing and friendly, I ordered online and it was ready within 15 mins. I ordered the fajitas texanas for me and my husband to share for dinner. The meats were very tender and juicy with lots of veggies and salad. We ended up making 9 tacos out of this whole platter for a decent price for suck amazing food. Food is pretty good. I didn't like paying a different amount for the same beverage 3 times of being here but returned until the last straw! I absolutely do not condone a manager being fowl to me and then being fowl to her employee in-front of me. She knew this employee just received me as a customer and was taking my order. But came up and said to her next to me interrupting me talking to bartender who was putting in orders and discussing my order, etc all at the same time. This supervisor interrupts and said, Is you intercom in your ear?" I immediately said, "She hasn't responded because she is busy giving me excellent customer service!" But I will never ever come back because you are extremely rude to me twice, rude to me interrupting the wonderful bartender interacting with me, and I won't ever give you business again because I don't condone management being nasty to me the customer and to their employee (the bartender) right in front of me! My previous experiences with staff have been great. Never seen this rude and nasty person before but won't support a business with this chaotic person bringing tension to my dining experience!! That supervisor is a lawsuit waiting to happen for causing a hostile work experience. Totally inappropriate! I'm so sorry to the nice bartender I walked out but I absolutely couldn't stand being around the lady running around like a chicken with her head cut off coming over and yelling at the wait staff helping me. read more

Stopped by for a late lunch. It was pretty empty except for one very loud solo customer drinking and exceptionally loud on her phone food was very good. Lunch Chicken Chimichanga. Warm chips and Salsa. Good Value. Fast Service. Went to pay with cash. Waitress could not make change out of her personal wallet. I ended up getting shortchanged (less than a buck) Would give them another try if I am in the area. read more

Food was ok. Enchilada sauce was from a can. Prices are high. But you can look on the online menu and decide for yourself. We paid cash and was still charged the 4% service fee. That was off putting. Also my change was wrong and it became such a hassle I let it go. It was a couple of bucks.I have only been once and do not plan on going back. Lots of Mexican restaurants to choose from.
