When I asked why the guy on the phone didn't say that when he had all the same information, the response was sorry. I walked out of there pissed waisting an hour of my time driving back and forth. They couldn't care less one way or the other. I have never had a problem with them before and now I will never go back there again and nether should anyone else. It's a scam as far as Im concerned.

When I arrived at the location at the time of my scheduled appointment it was closed. It was a Sunday, however on their website it said it would be open. I made another appointment for Monday which was also confirmed but when I showed up for it the staff told me that it would take longer because there were a few cars ahead of mine to be worked on. According to the staff the appointments are now made by AI. When questioning the scheduling I was told that the staff at this location had complained to corporate about the scheduling, and the ongoing problems they are having because of it. They were told to " deal with it". 2 1/2 hours later my summer to winter tire change over was completed. Not good enough. Corporate will to deal with it. PS.
