I traveled to this excellent tire shop not only did they order me new tires which arrived in two days just as they promised. Nothing in the paperwork shows this but rather the conventional limited 60K drivetrain warranty. Whether the salesperson meant it but was contradicted by higher-ups or didn't mean it the result is the same to me. I do not believe I have been treated honestly and would strongly recommend that that anyone wanting to be able to believe what they're told should shop elsewhere.
