Upon entering the store, it's averagely welcoming with plenty of tea options, ice cream and macaroons. I like their variety, but despite the large selection of drinks, they're mostly the same type of drinks you'd find in other stores, including boba tea classics, smoothies, shakes and coffee. Their shake was watery/thin, despite asking for a thicker shake. I also ordered the strawberry milk tea. Tastes great but nothing too special. The store could benefit with hiring extra workers. There was only one girl covering the front and the making of all drinks. It wasn't rush hour- with one couple ordering after us- we were the first in line but it took about 10 minutes for us to get our 2 drinks. I wouldn't mind coming back here if a friend wants to go, but it would be a pass for me. However, I enjoyed their birthday flavored ice cream macaroon. This is an option I don't see commonly in other boba tea shops; ironically the item I liked best over the drinks.

The whole thing was a wash and also went into the trash. I feel like I'm chasing the success of Bambu (Asian Times Square) and looking for the same level of quality without that dang powder; it seems many places are using powder. The store was clean but definitely needed some new furniture and some TLC. 2 workers were there and I ordered the same boba. They made my drink and I was on my way. The iced drink was warm and lacked some flavor that a traditional boba has. I decided that this will not be my go to boba place.
