Even when he ended up realizing that there would need to be additional work to be done that would come at an additional cost to me, he made sure to talk me through my options, he made recommendations, and never forced me into anything. Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage. After not showing up there was little communication on his end, no response, etc. The steps were finally started in August of 20. The railing wasn't put up until Sept of 20 (took payment), but not completed. Steve has my additional railing pieces & was supposed to finish the job as the manufacturer sent him multiple parts and he confirmed he had the right ones to finish. Then started the 9 month ordeal of him stating he would be out on "X" next week to finish, never came, didn't answer his phone, respond to texts, etc for weeks/months at a time. He had "family" excuses so I tried to be understanding & held off on filing a dispute. He continues to blow me off with constant excuses on why he doesn't show and has asked me to delay filing with the BBB and leaving a negative review, that he "promises" he will be out (and still hasn't showed). I would not recommend going with Precision Cement. While the work they did complete, was standard - the probability of them completing the whole job that was paid for and having the communication skills of anything better than a 3rd grader are slim to none...

Morelli Fence was recommended by the company that installed my in ground pool. I have to say,…read moreMorelli worked well with the pool company and I didn't have to wait for the fence to be installed. The fence was beautiful and sturdy. Fast forward 3 years after, my township finally inspects to close my permit and informed me that the fence did not meet code. It met the height requirements but the design of the fence did not. The bottom and middle horizontal slats did not meet the code distance for my township. In a panic I called Morelli to help me problem solve this issue. At first it took him a minute to remember me and I needed to send him some photos of his work. He in fact did remember me and shared a detail he remembered about meeting my landscaper who I hired to plant grass. He was nice at first. He made plenty of suggestions, some being how we can "put a band aid on it until the inspection" such as installing mesh around the fence and then removing it after the inspection. Within a day or two, Morelli started to avoid me, stating he was going on vacation and he'd contact me after he returned. He just stopped contacting me altogether. I eventually replaced my fence with another company. I am willing to take responsibility, but from every single person I have spoken to about this all have said that the fence contractor is responsible to know the code and suggest the products that meet code. I was only offered suggestions of the overall height and went with the height that met my townships code. What got me the most is that he just stopped contacting me all together. No resolution, no follow through, nothing. Not good business.
