We had worked with a well-reviewed local architect previously, and spent twice as much money for a small fraction of the work EcoCraft was able to do for us with ease and on a much more reasonable budget. While the architect always had aesthetics in mind, they never seemed to have our personal aesthetics or our bottom line in mind. I found the team at EcoCraft to be incredibly respectful of our financial limitations, and to be transparent with costs from start to finish. The preconstruction on our very challenging property included multiple meetings with the City, lots of paperwork, and what could have been real headaches. EcoCraft made this part of the project a complete breeze. Lastly, they use SIPs construction, which means your eco-friendly dream house will go up much more quickly than with many other building methods. Highly recommend them!

Lebanon area that had good bones, but needed a lot of work. I wish we had J. Francis from the very beginning. It would have saved us serious money and a lot of wasted time. In addition to the bath remodel, they went on to rebuild our deck (which had to be completely redone due to the same bad previous contractor), install new hardwood floors in our living room/dining room and re-tile our foyer. From the moment that we contacted them through the entire remodel they have shown an impressive level of professionalism. The lead carpenter and crew did exceptional work and showed a level of professionalism that often seems to be absent. The wood work and tile work is stunning. They made understanding us and our house equal priorities. They educated us about the condition of the house, brought in an engineer, and designed projects around improving and reinforcing the house. They found and corrected issues created by the house's original builder. They work well coordinating their work with other contractors. With one exception, there were no call-backs. A minor installation error discovered years later was cheerfully and promptly fixed as a warranty item, a reflection on their commitment to their clients. Well the crew from LVL has had our house for two and a half months - it was a transformation from the basement to the roof. It is beautiful. The attention to detail, the quality of the work- it is unbeatable. They put in a new French drain system and properly sealed the entire basement, creating additional living space for our teen girls.They replaced all the uneven floors and made the entire home not only much more functional- but breathtakingly gorgeous. The problem is then the left the house unfinished, never completing it. Six months later- their electrical work caused a house fire. I was honestly a little desperate when I stopped to check out Caruso Cabinets- I'd had a terrible…read moreexperience with another cabinet place & needed really 'custom' cabinets for 2 bathrooms in an older house. Boy did they deliver! Brendan came out to our house twice to ensure the measurements were correct. I got a tour of the 'shop' , which is immaculate. Their selection, including of drawer pulls & knobs is outstanding. Though my order was not a huge one (two built in medicine cabinets, one wall mount & one vanity), we were treated like it was a big deal--it sure was to us! The one drawer on the vanity had to be cut to accommodate plumbing. I thought I'd be waiting a week to get it. Not only did they finish it that day (a Friday) but they brought it out so we'd have it for the weekend. The details on the cabinets are impeccable, inside and out. The shelf pegs are metal, not shoddy plastic, like most others. The seams on the cabinets are invisible- the workmanship is just outstanding. I highly recommend Caruso Cabinets.

They said they never got the request, so O K , set up an appointment. That was today for 1.00 to 1.30 pm. At 2.20 pm, get a phone call from Denny saying their estimator was tied up in Mt Pleasant! Why was he still in that town, when he is already almost an hour late for me in Delmont area ? I told him, nobody called me to say they will be late until he called at 2.20 pm! He said the girl in the office was not in today because of the weather. It snowed on Sunday, today is Tuesday! So who is running the show at this place? I should of been called by the estimator at 1.00 pm saying he couldn't make the appointment time and perhaps reschedule. They did not respect my time and I would only imagine how things might go if i would hire them to do my kitchen. From others I talked to, things changed there since Denny is in control and that's all I needed to hear. I want results and expect at least a phone call. No way would I put up with such nonsense and lack of accountability to trust them with my kitchen overhaul.
