My experience with RAD Hub has been nothing short of frustrating from start to finish. Trying to cancel lessons is painful-- endless hoops to jump through, no clear process, and absolutely no willingness to make it easy for customers.
Instead of being able to speak to a real human, you're stuck in a loop of DAILY automated chatbot responses and generic email replies that feel like they've been churned out by a machine. It's infuriating.
When we did have lessons, the quality was shockingly inconsistent. My daughter's piano lessons scarcely took place due to teacher absence, and some were so poor in content and delivery they barely felt worth attending. There was no sense of a structured plan, no continuity, and certainly no value for money.
Between the terrible communication, the impossible cancellation process, and the disappointing quality of lessons, RAD Hub has been one of the worst servicesI've ever had. Steer well clear. read more
