I let him pick one toy too. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I ended up spending about 100 bucks, but I did get a birthday gift and even a couple Christmas gifts. Cool spot. We went again today like normal, and everything was good until we were in the last section we wanted to look at. A worker walked over to us, I'm assuming the manager, he said " think it's time for you to leave now". We were both confused and asked him "what?". He told us that his worker said that we were rude to him and that we threatened to "walk on the tables". We were both shocked and confused because we were never rude to an employee let alone even see an employee the whole time we were there. We tried to tell him that we never did that and that we would like to hear the employees side since the manager said we were rude to the employee. The manager refused to let us talk to or even explain further with what happened with this employee. By the time we were by the door we asked again to talk to the employee who we were accused of being so rude to, and this manager said he doesn't want to argue and that he will call the cops on us if we don't leave. Don't waste your time at this store, they are rude and uncooperative when there is any kind of issue. Stay away and do not support them.

A lot of people will describe this place as a UFO, I want to disagree here with that. It's more along the lines of a military fighter plane. That's not an arrow on their sign, that's the plane. I do see how people say UFO, looking like it's out of 'Flight of the Navigator' and all. When you finally pull in and park you are immediately greeted with toys. Out front of the store they have a few outdoor games set up for use. This theme continues inside and you find out why once you enter. Upon entry to the store you are told by the employees (mostly high schoolers or college kids) that you are welcomed to play with anything that is already opened. There are a lot of things opened, so you could honestly spend your whole day here discovering the toys. I was under the assumption when I arrived here that this place held old school or vintage toys. That is my fault, I thought that this was a throwback store, but by visiting here I now know differently. There are toys in here that are nostalgia inducing, but a lot of what you see is cutting edge and up to date toys. Every single type of toy you can imagine is available. Puzzles, boardgames, sports equipment and much more can be found in here. I had high hopes at finding something for upcoming birthdays, but actually ended up getting myself a boardgame and a magnet to add to my collection. Was it worth the stop, yes. Is it worth all the hype and a trip out of your way, not really.

This shop has something for everyone. I've had the pleasure of watching this shop grow from the very beginning. In fact, I was Adam Sabol's first customer when he opened, and my dollar bill still hangs on the wall to this day. It's been amazing to watch how far the shop has come -- it's a full-blown collector's paradise. Every inch of the store is filled with something cool -- from carefully displayed, carded figures lining the walls to bins and bags of treasure waiting to be dug through. The chaos is part of the charm, and yet somehow everything feels just right. If you're into DC, Marvel, Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, G.I. Joe, Star Wars, or pretty much any toy line that ever meant something, odds are you'll find it here. Adam himself is one of the best parts of the experience. He's incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the hobby, always down to chat about comics, toys, or the state of the industry. He gets new comics in weekly and is constantly updating his stock with fresh CGC-graded books and recent collections -- so the inventory is always evolving. Beyond toys and comics, the shop also carries nostalgic items like t-shirts, lunchboxes, comic supplies, and more. Whether you're coming from Akron or making a stop on your way to Youngstown, it's absolutely worth the detour. Adam is also a fixture on the convention circuit and someone we always look forward to seeing at NEO ComicCon. Be sure to swing by the shop on May 3rd for Free Comic Book Day -- it's a perfect time to experience everything the shop has to offer. @neocomiccon @adamsactionfiguresandcomics In short, Adam's Action Figures isn't just a store -- it's an experience, and one that keeps getting better every time you visit.

Tons of comics, and a nice selection of Funko Pops. But what really impressed me was their collection of action figures. I love collecting Pops and action Figures. And I could have easily dropped hundreds here. If I had planned ahead and brought more money, I probably would have. If you are an action figure collector, or a comic book collector, this is a great place for you to check out.

It's just one of those places where the nostalgia hits you like a wave. Every aisle is filled with treasures from your childhood: toys you had, toys you wanted but couldn't afford, and even some you totally forgot existed until they were right there in front of you. I told a friend recently that if I had a million dollars to spend only on toys, I'd still leave that store with a wishlist. It's that packed with incredible finds. They have toys dating all the way back to the 1920s, through the golden eras of the '50s, '60s, '70s, and into the '80s and '90s--the stuff we now lovingly call "vintage" or "retro." From Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Star Wars to Marvel Comics, classic board games, and massive collectible statues, the selection is wild. I'm doing a couple of photo dumps just to show people how deep the nostalgia runs there. It's more than a store--it's an experience. If you're within driving distance, I highly recommend making a day of it. Explore the beautiful town of Canal Fulton, grab some food, and then spend time walking through this amazing shop. You won't regret it. And if you're not local--good news--they ship nationwide (possibly even worldwide). Right now they've got a spring sale: 20% off most items, and even 10% off statues and busts. Plus, they're gearing up for a huge Free Comic Book Day event, with a block party, vendors, and performers. Definitely worth checking out. Keep an eye out for flyers about NEO Con while you're there, and block out some time--you're going to need it!
