I came here looking for game boy games, I just wanna say, they did not disappoint. Great prices, service, and overall atmosphere.

Large variety for all consoles. Fair prices for most things titles. Staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful when needed.

I have a son who is 27 years old. And he has Autism.. Asperger's syndrome and Sicily vomiting. He loved to go the the Exchange with me and his mentor. Recently I noticed his behavior changing after he goes to the exchange in Boardman Ohio. I would then call the exchange to let them know.. Hey this is the situation that occured with my son while he was there I have asked numerous times to talk to a higher manager or supervisor and even the owners. And I was told that I couldnt talk to anyone else. I always dealt with Vince. So last month he bought a controller with his money and he wanted a newer controller but the girl gave him a used controller. Then Vince said to me over the phone that he heard the conversation and showed my son a new controller. The warranty ends early next week and quess what the controller was messing up. So I have no idea if he was sold a good controller or not So I called and talk to Vince and told him about the situation and he said my son will get his money back. After my son got in the car and texted me that they wanted to talk to me ... So I called and I was told that my son and I was banned from all exchange stores. I think the guys name was Marcus.. don't know Don't care... Apparently Vince wasn't there even though he told me he would take care of my son. It is ridiculous that they can treat people they way they do Once again I asked for the Owners name but I wasn't allowed to get any of the information But kind of weird that there are problems in the store they want to ban people for telling saying to the employees to do their job.... This is a second hand store that sells used DVD's, Games, and other miscellaneous items, however, they tend to sell their used products for more than what they sell new at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Amazon, and other stores. They feel that they are justified as long as the customer is willing to pay that price. I recently bought a DVD for $14.00. When I got home, I searched Wal-Mart and Amazon, and they both have the same movie for $8.95 new with free shipping. Best Buy has it for $9.99. People must avoid this place at all cost, for if "The Exchange" does not take the time to research the prices of their inventory so as to be fair to the customer, then they apparently do not care about their customers, but instead of just making money; which happens to be at our expense. I can't blame this store for this issue, for it is happening in all "The Exchanges" in both Pennsylvania and Ohio, therefore, it must be a corporate issue, which needs to be addressed, for if this is the way they feel about their customers, then they should not be in business. All their prices are exceeding that of the internet such at sites like: Ebay, Mercari, Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc. Considering that one has to spend time getting to the store, money on gas, and other obstacles along the way, one would think that their prices would be lower than the internet. With the click of a button, I can buy anything I want, however, shopping at an "Exchange" could be a challenge: paying for gas, taking time out of my busy day to go to the store, fighting traffic to get to a store, searching the entire inventory of the store, trying to find someone to help you, and waiting in lines to pay for the product. With all this extra hassle, you would think that "The Exchange" would lower their prices below that of the internet, for the push of a button would save me half a day and a lot of money in gas. With all that, it shows just how much "The Exchange" cares about its customers. read more

Been going to the Exchange stores for years in other cities, and was excited to hear this area finally got a location. Awesome selection of music - which is what I was looking to buy on my visit. But they also have wide variety of games and movies if your a fan of those. Didn't have anything to trade today, but will next time. They are very fair on buys and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to more visits now that it's local! read more

Nice people and a cool little buy/sell store. But ive bought 2 different ps4 controllers from them and they all last about 2-3 weeks and already come w existing issues and are being sold as "new". Definitely doesn't seem like a brand new 60$ controller. A close friend of mine also bought 2 different ps4 controllers there and went through the same thing i did. Unrelated: they definitely consider nostalgia when pricing their games. Hope you have some things to trade in for some help. read more

Lord have mercy I could spend hours up in this piece man it's got it all and for good prices too oh my I love it. If you like CDs, stop by, if you like DVDs, stop by, video games, collectibles, comics, Blu-ray, consoles, trading cards, action figures, posters, records, or even if you're weird and like talking to people who are trying to work just stop on in to this masterpiece they got this girl with blue hair and she's pretty aight and they got this black dude that's like a nerdy black dude which makes him actually really cool even though he's a nerd, and they got this dude that's like 6' 5'' pushing 275 pounds of pure customer service and they got this little dude that kinda look like the enemy in crash bandicoot but he's really cool so it's chill then there's the younger dude that's a little bigger but quiet and he'll open the cases for you and then thy got this dude with long hair and he kinda needs a haircut but he's cool otherwise and then there's a dude with glasses that looks like a male model but he's always asking if you need help so that's nice but most of the time I don't need help so it's kinda like dude chill but like I get it he's doing his job and he's doing it well and then there's this other guy that's usually there he's cool but he's just a normal ass dude like if I had to describe him as anything it would be "normal ass dude" and lastly they got the guy that probably owns it or something that comes in maybe once every week or two he's a little odd but he's cool and they're always playing music in he store which is cool and once they played snoop ridin by snoop dogg and rage against the machine which was BA so yeah shop here man read more
