She dismissed me and my group of friends, was passive aggressive and then refused to service us because we were disappointed with her attitude and behavior, which we vocalized to the owner, hoping we could receive service from someone else or improve service for future customers. Tina and the owner even told us as customers that "we might not get what we want", and to sum it up, "since we know everything to do it ourselves, since we're professionals."My friends and I were unsatisfied with her waxing/nails. I'm paying you for your services, I'd hope that I'd be able to get the service I'm paying for. But Tina made it very clear that she wasn't receptive to what we wanted as customers and that it was her way or no way. There was no communication that we weren't gonna get service, the owner was trying to non-confrontally push us out. He then hovered over us at the atm and inside the store, making it feel like it was racially motivated. We were on first name basis but because Tina was "frightened" by us, it changed the way we we're being perceived. I'm disappointed because this spot was so nice, until it wasn't. The other staff is great but unfortunately I've had 3 terrible experiences with Tina and I've decided not to return.

He was shaping the nail for no reason! The design I asked for, he could not do. Therefore, I decided to just go with a full color, no design nail. The colors on the palette were so, unbelievably off it's not even comparable. At first I chose, what I thought, was a dark red. It applied as a bright pink. I ended up asking for a new, dark red. And it's still not exactly the color I originally wished for, but it was about 2 hours into the appointment, and I wanted to leave. The actual nail acrylic want the worst quality I've seen. It was more of a cheap plastic material. Overall, the staff was nice, but if I'm paying for a service to be done right, I would like it to be, at least, okay quality.

They have an atm outside near the American Eagle store but they were closing and trying to get out to celebrate their Fourth of July holiday. So, please BRING CASH. I got my nails done with a petite girl whose name I never caught. She was extremely quick and efficient. She did an excellent job with my $34 ANC nail dip manicure. She shaped it exactly how I wanted it with little direction and I didn't get that sticky-around the nail feeling that you sometimes get when your skin gets attached to the dip or gel. I love my manicure and would recommend coming here. They're located inside the mall toward the Macy's corner. They accept walk-ins and they do waxes as well. They have a lot of nail techs who work simultaneously so they can accommodate large groups of people. They have a ton of colors to choose from. My cuticles are very clean looking.
