After the service was done a few weeks later I was even contacted by The Lash Factory to see how my Lash Lift was! I love this detail because it shows that they care and want to make sure you were satisfied with your experience even after they already got paid for the service. He was shaping the nail for no reason! The design I asked for, he could not do. Therefore, I decided to just go with a full color, no design nail. The colors on the palette were so, unbelievably off it's not even comparable. At first I chose, what I thought, was a dark red. It applied as a bright pink. I ended up asking for a new, dark red. And it's still not exactly the color I originally wished for, but it was about 2 hours into the appointment, and I wanted to leave. The actual nail acrylic want the worst quality I've seen. It was more of a cheap plastic material. Overall, the staff was nice, but if I'm paying for a service to be done right, I would like it to be, at least, okay quality.
