I'm a young soon to be first time mom and my experience here was at first very good but slowly got…read moreworse. I've never had intentions to talk ill of a place but I care about the safety of other young women. I've gone to this practice for birth control and my experience was good and I felt comfortable with my doctor. My second appointment was pleasant as well and the nurses here are wonderful along with the front staff!! These people are so kind and made me feel so comfortable but when it came to the doctor... My latest appointment was my first check up on the baby. The nurse was so sweet and polite and made me feel so safe and comfortable I politely asked if any exams were to be done if I could be please request a female doctor. She was so kind and told me that she could talk to the doctor in making that happen. When the doctor came in he came in smacking gum and annoyed with me and my partner he couldn't even make eye contact with me at all. He told me that I needed to find a different practice because all they had were male doctors and that's who would be taking care of me and then he walked out of the room. Me and my partner we're left there in the room shocked and alone.

This is actually 0 stars. I was told TWICE _by this office_…read morethat the provider they offered me was in my network. Both times they had my full insurance information so this wasn't a mistake. I was then billed out of network ($465!) for a NP who didn't even examine me! I called billing ~23 times over the course of 2 months. (I called every day the first two weeks.) No one ever answered the phone for billing. I was not called back. Until 70 days later. MORE: They were basically unreachable. Glad I wasn't pregnant or in need of actual care! I eventually bartered the bill down after being sent a letter for collections and talked down to by the manager. It has now been 4 months since I first set the appointment. I'm out the cost of the bill and multiple hours of my time. I still haven't had my annual exam and I still don't have a Gynecologist! I have to start all over bc this office tells people they are in network when they aren't and then doesn't fix the problem. I hope this saves someone the complete BS I went through.

Ignored my needs during pregnancy when I was having constant recurrent symptoms and refused me for services that I actually needed at that time. I actually filed a report against her due to this. Mind you im a pretty easy going patient, just was concerned for both mine and my child's well being at that time. Dr Nason was a much better choice. Would recommend him at the office for sure.
