The place was nice & the room where I got my teeth whitening was comfortable & cozy. However, my…read morepersonal opinion about teeth whitening is: I don't recommend it. I just got mine done here today. When the gel accidentally falls on your gums, which is inevitable, it BURNS SO BAD. Immediately after finishing, my teeth were so painfully sensitive. Just air hitting my teeth made me double over in pain & almost cry. Wish I hadn't done it, not worth this horrible tooth pain. I don't notice a huge difference, it's minimal. I should have stuck to safe home remedies for whitening, like coconut oil pulling, tumeric, baking soda, etc.

Flash forward more than a month later, called them, no calls back. The cool peel does NOT require numbing, I am in the medical field so I know this, but they made sure to explain this to me ! I do not recommend coming here for CO laser or any serious skincare treatment…read more I was given no numbing at all before my CO laser session -- not even a basic topical cream. The pain was unbearable, and my body was literally shaking on the way home. The provider rushed through the procedure because they were closing soon, and the entire experience felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. What made it worse is that the staff who did my consultation assured me that numbing cream is supposed to be used before CO, which is exactly what you'll see everywhere online. It's common knowledge that CO is a very intense, painful laser, and numbing is standard protocol. But when I asked the doctor about it, she brushed it off and said they don't usually numb for CO. That contradiction shows a serious lack of consistency and professionalism. The whole experience felt sales-driven, like they were more interested in pushing packages than actually screening clients or offering safe, thoughtful care. I also felt they were spiteful or dismissive when I asked reasonable questions -- especially considering the price of these treatments. I would not trust this place again. For how unprofessional, rushed, and dismissive they were, it's absolutely not worth the risk. Go to a clinic that values their clients and treats them with care.
