*ATTENTION*WARNING* Buyers beware!!…read moreI have been in the automotive industry from the factory level to building Sema show vehicles for nearly 30yrs. I have had work done here years ago, and Scott the owner was involved and the service was great to my "SEMA" jeep build. I have relocated back to the area, and I'm being told by the Mgr Steve that Scott is pretty hands off now, but he could take care of me. I had them quote me to install a brand new Carli lift on a brand new Ram 2500. Steve quoted me $2300 and I called the manufacturer of the lift, to verify the amount they were quoting me, and they specifically told me that they do them daily at their shop, and it's should be in the range of $1200-$1600 including the alignment, but no more than that. First red flag. I then asked them if they could put new tpms sensors in a brand new set of beadlocks and tires that the tires are already mounted to the rims, and I told him that I needed them to supply the sensors as well. He then quoted me $650, in which I had scheduled a different appointment for that. I also was a supervisor in the military and a department mgr at an automotive manufacturing facility. So I know to be very specific and detailed when I'm explaining services needed. I told him that they were beadlocks, and they needed to be dismounted and sensors installed and rebalanced. He even told me that they wouldn't program the sensors until we got the lift installed. I confirmed everything with him at that time. I took the rims and tires to the shop to drop them off right when they opened. I asked him if they would unload them from the truck, he paused and looked at me as if it was my job to unload them. And said, let me see IF I can find someone to do it. He comes out to the truck and said, well I guess I'm helping YOU unload them. So I unload 2 wheels and we rolled them into the shop. There were around 6-8 guys just standing around talking, since they were just opening, and they watched US roll the tires to the back of the shop. One of the techs whispered to him something, and then Steve came to me, and said "man I didn't know we were doing beadlocks". I said yes I told you that, and not only that, you helped me unload it and wheeled it into the shop! A blind man can see that they were beadlocks, not to mention how much heavier they are compared to regular rim and tire. He then said "let me go check something". So we walked back up to the front counter, and he said "man they'll kill me if I make them do this for $650". he then told me that it would be $1200 to do the job!! I said "no way!" So I went and rolled one of the wheels out to my truck and loaded it, and he followed me out with the other one and said "sorry man". Well "SORRY MAN" doesn't fix anything. I've called 3 other performance shops in the area and they quoted me $300 to do it, minus the cost of the sensors. Scott, if you're reading this, you should really get back in there man, I had a great experience with you and that Big brake kit you did to my Rubicon, but this guy has no integrity, no ethics, and is going to ruin your company name with practices like this, because I'm here to tell you that I've read the past reviews and there are quite a few of these situations on there, and it won't take long for the word to spread. There are a lot of us who have ties to the auto, jeep, and Offroad industry and this kind of publicity will spread fast. An educated shopper will be able to research and see how this guy is inflating the prices and robbing people! I hope this reaches all the people who were shopping around to buy and get parts installed, do a little research, and educate yourselves so guys like this can't take advantage of you and your hard earned money.

DO NOT WVER GO HERE IS YOU WANT YOUR TRUCK FIXED This place is horrible. Charge way too much and…read moredon't even fix anything. I swear to you they charged me $800 for a transmission flush and I found a new mechanic and he said it has never been changed before......then my DPF they charged me $3.5k for and it was never fixed. This place should have a class action suite against them. So if you pay to get something fixed here and it isn't fixed it's cause they don't actually fix anything they probably clear codes and Jerry rig it until a week later and it breaks again.....not sure what they do but they don't fix anything

We brought our truck here in January 4 weeks later the item we asked to be diagnosed and fixed is…read morenot fixed but somehow we accumulated a $2000 bill. This location is everything that consumers are warned about when going to a repair shop. They were not truthful about work completed, claimed that things were broken when they were not, the service writers were unreliable and untrustworthy. The really bad thing about all this is that my husband is a Master Mechanic, and runs several automotive shops. We chose to take our truck to the shop because it was sub zero outside at the time and our truck is too large for a regular sized garage. He never let on that he knew they were lying the entire time, he thought that at some point they would show some integrity. They continued on with why they were charging us so much but could not fix the vehicle, when my husband questioned the rate, the service writer stated that because he doesn't know the "business" he really shouldn't question what was done and why.

Had an appointment, dropped my vehicle off night before, filled out the night drop form but…read more.. forgot to sign it. Called them 9am next morning, talked to them about what I was needing done, before I hung up, asked them if any issues to please let me know. Said ok everything looked fine, 2 pm I get a phone call thinking it is done. That is when I'm told I didn't sign the night drop box envelope, they couldn't do anything until they had my signature. I drive up there, sign the form to be asked if I want to reschedule? Frustrated I ask why it took until 2pm to tell me this when I talked to them at 9am? Couldn't answer, said they could get me in next day, since it was there, agreed to it. Next day I get a call at 12:30 to tell me they couldn't get the 2 front tires mounted so they couldn't do the alignment but, they changed the fuel filter and air filter and I could come pick it up? I had the fuel filter and air filter changed because it was there for the alignment, both still had 22% and 18%. Neither of these needed changed, common sense would tell you that IF someone would have checked the dash but they didn't even do that to reset them after changing them? Not even sure if they really changed them because both were still same % left as when I dropped it off. 22% on air filter and 18% on fuel filter when I started it to leave. Yet they were happy to charge me over $200.00 to change to fuel filter and air filter 2020 6.6 Duramax 3500. No explanation, no apology, just a poor attitude from the service manager. I understand I failed to sign the form but, could have been handled in a much more professional manner rather than making me feel as if I inconvenienced them. Obviously they have enough business not wanting any new business. I'm new to the area, recommended by the Chevy dealership, 1st time there and was my last. Bill Hamilton

I found them online and put down my deposit. The RV we got (a Class C) was bigger than I anticipated. Very spacious and could sleep 10 people! Luckily it was just the two of us and my son meeting us at our RV spot for a family reunion. In the evenings we had plenty of room for a group to play cards, snack, etc. Anyway, about the experience.... Lora was very good at sending reminders of when the payment was due, emailing the paperwork for us to send back, etc. I was disappointed that we were the last in line to pick up our RV to start our vacation (3PM instead of 2 like I thought) but she ended up letting us bring it back an hour later which actually worked out better! The RV was clean and they did a great job of showing us how to use it. They were even available for a phone consultation (after hours) when we forgot one of the steps for leveling the motor home. I loved the fact that they didn't charge extra for generator use and we had a generous amount of miles that could be used per day. They even cleaned out the sewer for us when we dropped it off and refilled the propane so we didn't have to mess with any of that! All we had to do was bring it back full of gas which is very easy because there is a gas station across the street. Dropping it off was a breeze and took no time at all! I wish we didn't have to buy extra insurance as our car insurance would have covered it, but Lora explained that not all insurance companies are the same, and it was just for precaution. Luckily the extra insurance was not that much. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to rent another motor home in the St. Louis area. (Unless I can convince my husband to buy one!)
