Sixty minutes later he showed up and got the car started but it would not hold a charge. He brought a battery "just in case" but it did not fit properly, so Dave had to go back to where he got the battery from and took the dead battery out of my Kia to make sure the new one matched. He was back an hour later and installed the new battery and all was well. Dave is terrific...one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I kidded him how we all had towing service horror stories and that would not be in my future now that I have Dave on my speed dial. He is great in every way....and a big thank you to Dave for his patience and everything he went through to get me up and going.

My friend was moving from Missouri to Michigan and was only 3 hours into his road trip when the alternator failed. Red Hawk drove over 40 miles to meet us and had the car back on the road before 4 pm. He replaced the alternator incredibly fast and, while he was there, also spotted and fixed a separate broken ground wire. He took the time to explain everything clearly and tested the repair multiple times to make sure everything was working perfectly. He was a true gentleman the entire time, professional, kind, and patient. Thank you for your service, sir. We appreciate you as a veteran. We're really blessed to have him in our world. Highly recommend Red Hawk's Mobile Mechanics!

I'd be very careful reaching out to a company like this. I had the most bizarre interaction with…read moretheir phone representative. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but he started getting very irate and aggressive towards me when I tried to explain my wiring harness issue. He hushed me twice, which I chose to ignore, but when I tried explaining it again he just blew up at me, told me to this is how they operate their business, and hung up. I don't understand what I did to him, I was so nice and never even reacted to his anger. I don't know if the company is a scam, but I just want people to know the representative that answers phone calls has some personal issues going on and he is negatively impacting this business because of it. (If the business is even legitimate).
