We had to get some things for our reception at our home somewhat last minute. They were very accommodating and helpful.

After six plus years of living in our home, the outside exterior was beginning to show signs of…read moreage, as the dirt, grime and mold had begun to take hold and make its mark. So after the due diligence of procrastination that is required before any home improvement project, I finally decided it was time to pressure wash the house. If only it could be that easy to pressure wash myself in order to remove some of the 36 years of experience beginning to show on my own exterior. Made a quick call to Johnson Creek Rentals, determined that they did indeed have the correct equipment for the job, and then headed over to pick up the washer. The staff was extremely helpful and informative, showed me the correct way to use the equipment, helped me load it into the car and I was off. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes (kind of like my early years of being sexually active)! For the next four hours, I felt a sense of power as I blasted dirt and mold off the side of my home with eco friendly cleaners and pressurized H2O through my bad ass water gun. Amazingly, at the end of day, our home once again resembled the domicile we once knew when we fell for it some six years ago. Plus, I managed to not fall off the ladder, pressure wash the cats, or blast a hole through my epidermis. Johnson Creek Rentals comes highly recommended for all your small equipment rental needs.

when I picked up a log splitter the experience was good. the price was good. I picked it up right…read morebefore they closed for an early start in the morning. when looked over the splitter before leaving there is a pin that holds the splitter in place for travel. the keeper that keeps the pin in place could not be the original. on the way home the fastener that keeps the keeper in place came off causing the splitter to stand up while driving. I stopped I fixed. the Splitter worked ok. When I returned the splitter I let the guy behind the counter was very rude especially when I told him about the pin coming loose. He said they never had a problem before. I told him that there was no way it was the OEM locking system. He irritated that they never had a problem. on my way out I looked at another splitter that was the same and it had another jury rigged keeper but different. The hours of operation is another reason I will never use them again. I went there because the cost was cheaper than Home Depot. They close much earlier this means the cost is much more over all because operating hours. Home Depot 125.00. Johnson Creek rentals 175.00 advertised price less but it costs more and equipment is old and safety of equipment is not a concern judging by the person that checked me out. I was hoping to use a smaller more local company when I went to Johnson Creek rental.

FMI Equipment - They have pro saw blades. Saw blades have proprietary mounting holes, so bring your handle. Also make the acquaintance of a saw sharpener!

Sometimes trees get too big for the spo,t or too old, or a weather event battles them. FMI is the regional source for professional arborists and you can shop there too. It is a level up from the hardware store for clippers, saws, and some yard maintenance tools. They are the source for the awesome Hasagawa three leg orchard ladders. They are made in Japan with the most beautiful welds. They are aluminum - very lightweight to carry. They are beautiful. They do have the expensive, lifetime guaranteed, Felco pruners from Switzerland. If you climb rocks for fun - think Smith Rock - they have a larger selection of climbing ropes, ascenders, descenders, and harnesses than any local outdoor store. Petzl is their main brand. They also have arborist belts from Buckingham. If you need long rope, they can provide it up to 600 feet. They have a huge indoor warehouse by their showroom. They have a large lot filled with machinery. If you were a landscaping company or a tree service company they have machines for you to buy. They have grinders, skids, lift trucks and more. The staff is knowledgeable but they are used to dealing with professionals, not so much homeowners.
