Very efficient company. In only eight short months they were able to ruin my lawn. Then attempted…read moreto put the blame on everything but themselves. They not only didn't improve my lawn but instead turned it into dogpatch. What a mess.

we've had a tough time getting anyone to come out and provide quotes for some major landscaping…read moreprojects (between $10-15k). Foegley's sent someone out who took some sketches and within a week, we received an estimate for 2 separate projects: landscpaing and bush replacement in the front and some stone planters in the back. The problem is that the estimate just had a list of plants and associated costs and, not being good at imagining what these would look like when planted, I asked for some type of visual representation, I was informed (understandably) that they cannot just provide free designs. I completely agreed and asked if I could pay some type of a design fee that would be put toward the work if I chose them for the project. The representative said this would work and to call the office and pay a $150 fee for a 3d model. about a week after I paid, I received a model only for the stone planters and nothing for the plants in the front, which was the bulk of project. When I responded if they had the model for the plants (which was really the only thing I was having a difficult time envisioning) I was told that maybe they could put something together that was a representation of what it would look like, but they don't have the exact plants to put into the 3d model. If I would have been told this from the beginning, I would have likely just passed on the $150 fee. I have a hard time believing that they think I would spend $15k and not know what it's going to look like when completed. I've heard good things about their work, but if this is how they do business, I'll have to go elsewhere. Ginger Valley came out and provided some sketches with pictures of what they were planning on doing, which is exactly what I was looking for.
