Foegley's sent someone out who took some sketches and within a week, we received an estimate for 2 separate projects: landscpaing and bush replacement in the front and some stone planters in the back. The problem is that the estimate just had a list of plants and associated costs and, not being good at imagining what these would look like when planted, I asked for some type of visual representation, I was informed (understandably) that they cannot just provide free designs. I completely agreed and asked if I could pay some type of a design fee that would be put toward the work if I chose them for the project. The representative said this would work and to call the office and pay a $150 fee for a 3d model. about a week after I paid, I received a model only for the stone planters and nothing for the plants in the front, which was the bulk of project. When I responded if they had the model for the plants (which was really the only thing I was having a difficult time envisioning) I was told that maybe they could put something together that was a representation of what it would look like, but they don't have the exact plants to put into the 3d model. If I would have been told this from the beginning, I would have likely just passed on the $150 fee. I have a hard time believing that they think I would spend $15k and not know what it's going to look like when completed. I've heard good things about their work, but if this is how they do business, I'll have to go elsewhere. Ginger Valley came out and provided some sketches with pictures of what they were planning on doing, which is exactly what I was looking for.

He suggested PVC pipe instead of my hose. He and two employees completed the work, cleaned up and replaced the sod in just a few hours, when it was convenient for us. Our sump pump failed the night before they arrived, and Jose took the time to help me remove the old one and install a new one at no additional cost. When it came time to list the house the lawn looked worse than it originally did despite watering regularly. Not only did grass not grow, weeds grew rampant. I called, texted Paul on multiple occasions to reinstall the fence he removed and asked him to resolve the lawn and weed issues. When he finally called back I was told that the grass seed only works 60% of the time. This information would have been useful before I spent $1000 to ruin my lawn and fence. Paul never fixed the issues, never warrantied his work and never called me back despite leaving multiple voicemails and texts requesting follow up. I ended up giving the buyers of the house a $1k credit and told them not to use this company. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Don't waste $2k like I did. Instead hire a professional landscaper.

There are a few things that struggled after the harsh winter, but Nature's Way contacted US to get them replaced this year. The team was quick and efficient and the whole process was very easy. The blue print and ideas they presented were perfectly suited to what we were looking for and we still can't believe what a difference the investment in professional landscaping has done for our curb appeal.
