If I could give more stars I would, first time going to this groomer and I am absolutely so happy…read morethat I have finally found a groomer that works around my dogs abilities or lack of .The oldest has arthritist and can't stand for long ,so to my surprise they got down on the floor and did his grooming there. these girls are so friendly and pleasant to deal with that I would highly recommend them,My dogs are on the medium size but when I arrived there were multiple dogs all various sizes which was good to see that size didn't matter, they were quick time wise and very reasonably price.I will definitely be going back to them for my dogs sake because a grooming should not be torture for them or me Thank You so so much Ladies ,looking forward to seeing you next time Doreen & Shadow & Bandit 5/8/19

Hi ...I used to go to Ruffin it doggie spa in Oyama with Shannon and then she moved into bosley's…read morein Vernon. Her work has definitely gone down hill since since moving into Bosley's.. It's like a puppy mill of dog groomers! The shop is so tiny and hot hair is flying around. So many dogs there at a time. Barking noisy. My dog was unsettled by all the noise and chaos. On my last appointment she claimed that I was late and I told her I would check my text from her but I was sure I was on time. She snarkly told me don't bother I already checked! So when I left the shop I checked my text and sure enough I was right his appointment was at noon. She never apologized for her shortness with me. I always tip every time and had been a long term client of at least 10 years. Regardless I deserved recept. Axel was looking choppy his last few cuts and would cough for a while after leaving. Something was intuitively there about findjng a new groomer but I kept bringing him.The last few timesI also had to drag him in there. He did not want to go. So With quality going down hill, the chaos of the tiny shop and finally her rudness and inability to own up to her mistake I had enough. I have found a new groomer with a sanitary and quiet & modern shop. My dog loves going, he looks great and We are both very happy.
