He agreed to give us out deposit back, but DID NOT. I have reached out to him many times about our refund and he stopped responding. Instead of getting his sawhorses, he chose to use his thighs to grab the wood and saw between his legs. The second man showed up, and I had to convince them to put spray foam in the areas of the door that had empty space. There were too many things wrong with their repair for me to continue. I took videos and sent comments to Raymond, the owner, who came by to pick up the trash the team left behind that day and returned the next day to fix the door properly. That team worked diligently and efficiently fixing the door. I wish I was properly informed by Raymond that the job would take two days. Also, it was odd to interact with the first team as nice as they were, they disclosed things to me that made me a little uncomfortable like how much they get paid per hour and what they did as a full-time job indicating this is their side job.
