David, It is…read moreobvious your words (see below where you pleaded Mia Coupa / my bad) were merely an effort to assuage prospective customer's fears about doing business with you. Bottom line you have no intention of making good on your offer to clean up the awful mess you made. Approximately a week ago I asked you if you were confident you could correct the mess you made. You never responded. That is not the posture of a man who regrets what he has done. In your initial response you suggested 2 options (.... I would like to offer full repair at no additional cost to you to help make things right or a partial refund.... Please let me know what feels fair to you, and how best we can proceed.). I think it is in both of our best interests to end this project on friendly terms. Instead of a partial refund, please return all of the money. I will need it to hire someone to clean up what you did, buy additional materials and then complete the job correctly. And here's the kicker, you used tunnel vision on this project. I am a senior citizen with friends, family and I belong to several organizations. One of the most common conversations I hear is 'I wish I had a reliable, handyman, I could trust'. Here are some of the words you offered in the way of an apology: ... I also deeply regret that I accepted a job I was not fully prepared for,... ... I failed to honor that trust, and I take full responsibility. My vow to you and my future customers definitely include additional training to ensure this never happens again... Sincerely, Ms. Trudye Nesbit

As a small business owner every penny counts. So when I started looking for a contractor who could…read moredo some work at my studio i knew it had to be done right and in the first time. I've had other contractors that started the work and never I completed and it was hell trying to find new people that could finish it up for me. When I put out the SOS I had two separate friends in business send the same number LOL they said talk to "DP at Custom Living" I gave them a shot and I am so pleased... I'm actually getting a little emotional just thinking about how close we came to closing our business because of all the previous contractors taking advantage and not completing the jobs. I wholeheartedly recommend Custom Living and I feel I would be hard pressed to find another Contractor that was as experienced, speedy, personable, and willing to go the extra yard. He even found time to come out to our studio launch!

On top of calling me a thief, he saying I'm a liar too!!!! I told you there was proof! Please see the attached photos. If my home is 70% complete as he is claiming, it must be at someone else's house because it definitely isn't my house! Stevie Wonder can see that! I asked, begged and pleaded with Daniel to send me at least $5000 back, of which he was supposed to be using $2000 towards the floors. Since that money hasnt been spent on what it was for, I should get it back right? But I'm sure it was spent on labor *inserts eyeroll* and $3000 just cuz he spent my money and I have nothing to show for it!!! I think that's fair? But he refuses to give it back so next will be legal action as I only wanted $5000 back, but lets take it to court and see how much I get from that.... the saga continues!!!
