We've had this couch a little over 2 years now. It is the Stanton 338, we upgraded to the…read moreperformance fabric that we were told was best for homes with kids and animals. We picked this fabric because we have two large dogs that get on the furniture. We were told that just getting on the furniture would not tear or snag the fabric. On day one when the couch arrived our smaller dog of the two jumped on the couch as normal and it snagged in several different places. I called the store and tried to talk to a manager but wasn't given one. The salesman put in a request for their "fabric expert" to come out to the house and see if we had been given defective fabric. He deemed the fabric to be of normal quality. We also had feathers upon feathers poking out and coming out of the couch. He told us that after 2 weeks that would stop. We were also concerned about the comfort of the couch. It was very stiff and uncomfortable compared to what we sat on in the store. To this he said it just needed time to "wear in". Here we are a little over two years later and we are not any more satisfied than when we got the couch! We went to Woodleys because we wanted a quality couch and if something went wrong they had a warranty to take care of us. We asked several questions about this when we bought this couch to be sure it would be taken care of. Nothing could be farther from the truth! We bought it during a sale and still spent about $4k on it! Or more like wasted $4k! As you can see in the pics the cushions have not faired well! They did not keep their shape whatsoever! The back cushions sag and have little balls all over them that have to be shaved regularly (advice i was given by the salesman and the "fabric expert"). We have kept the bottom covered since day one when it snagged to protect it as best as we can. But even with covering it the bottom cushions too have balls of fabric and worst of all have lost their shape! They sag and have flattened out significantly on the corners so you sit in holes between the cracks of the cushions and you literally can feel the frame under you! They say to clean with water only which does NOT clean at all! We are so disappointed with this purchase and hope to warn others never to buy anything from these crooks! Also the pile of feathers is just what comes out of the couch DAILY! So what we were told about them stopping coming out after 2 weeks was also in fact a lie! Had we have known all this before buying this couch we wouldn't have spent ten cents on it! Buyer beware!!! Take your hard earned money somewhere else!!!

Needed to shred documents. Called ahead to make sure they could handle the volume (several boxes)…read more Talked to two people who both assured me they would be able to handle this. In the store spoke with manager who said, "Sure bring it in". By the time I got back from the car, the manager was gone and the kid present said no way. You'd think between talking to two people on the phone and one in the store I'd be okay. Just another reminder why I never go to Office Max.

went in on a Sunday to buy a desk, no one helped me after 20 min, finally asked someone for help…read moreand they said they would be with me in a minute, i waited around for 40-45 min and still no one and then i just walked out. As i was walking out past the check out counter the girl said she was sorry, as if she knew that i was needing help. Went back Tuesday to try again, walking in seeing all the desks with signs on them that said "in stock and available to pick up today" i asked the representative about several desks i was interested in, checked and none was in stock. he did point to one that they had in stock (not the complete desk but a piece) i said ok i will take it ( i really needed a desk) i asked if i could receive at least a 10% discount, he said no, i said you are false advertising that you have them in stock and i can take it home today, he said they where waiting on a shipment. i said a shipment to restock all your desks? i said that must be a few trucks worth, he just rolled his eyes at me. i left with a desk (not even close to the one i wanted ) paying full price and dissatisfied. will not go back, to bad office depot closed up.

I had a great experience here!…read more I was greeted by Noah when I came in. He showed me what I was looking for and they also price matched the item I purchased. I saw employees throughout the store while I shopping. Someone else helped me ( I didn't get his name!) but he had an awesome beard if that helps LOL Noah was also the cashier and was very polite

I was in OfficeMax 3 times today to make…read more50 copies for MY BUSINESS the first 2 times I waited a MINIMUM of 20-40 mins where I walked out WITHOUT copies twice! Since I was from out of town and this was the closest one to where I was working I went back for a third time. Third time was definitely not a charm!!!! There were several employees again and 1 customer after 15 min I sat on a shelve. Another 15 minutes and a customer walked in for a pick up and they helped her immediately. I was told to e mail the file which I did, then was told they didn't get it. I emailed it again and more customers walked in and were helped I sat down on a shelve. I finally got up asked another employee where I could get copies and asked about the UPS store where the employee told me no it closed st 6. The 2nd clerk now decides to help another customer at the register. I finally loose my temper and the lady clerk wants to try to get into an argument. Then they couldn't decide how much it would be. Seriously isn't this THEIR business!!!! Horrible horrible horrible service!
