The nurse practitioner that sees you is a sweet lady. The office staff are a bunch on incompetent, rude and arrogant idiots that have turned this location into an absolute joke and it's a shame. I first tried Total in the fall of 2022. I saw the NP about med refills. The meds never made it to the pharmacy. I called Total and then went over there, after four days of waiting for my blood pressure meds and they finally sent a 30 day supply. I decided at that point that maybe this wasn't the location for me. Fast forward to spring of 2023. I'm running out of meds and decide to go in for a refill. I go in for a checkup. They do an EKG and bloodwork and everything else for a yearly checkup and explain the trouble I had getting meds in 2022. I'm assured that it was just an oversight and sending meds is so common that they will not mess it up. Well, it was messed up again. I make another call to the clinic and the lady I spoke with tells me she will place me on "auto-refill" so that it automatically gets refilled every 90 days. Time passes ,I need a refill and it's not ok auto refill. I call again and the lady I spoke to lied and told me that when I called the last time, she told me I had to have a physical in order to get more meds. I told her I just had a physical, with blood work and an EKG. She tells me that I was in because I was sick and it was billed as a sick visit. This place is a joke because of its staff. It's all about what they can bill and you're not going to see a doctor. Like I say, I wanted to like this place due to its convenience, but the office staff caused me to find another medical provider, who happens to be a Medical Doctor.
