I wanted a soft, natural look and she was able to create it even better than I imagined! On the wedding day, Nicole and her assistant (who is also great!) arrived on-time and ready to go. And just like during the trial session, Nicole was so sweet and made sure myself and my bridesmaids were comfortable. When called out, she blamed ME and claimed I was 'overreacting.' Absolute disregard for client's time, zero apology or accountability, and blatant lying. Also I don't know if this was her or not, but I caught a glimpse of someone looking out at me from inside, which makes this situation even worse if she was there the whole time.
