I made alternate transportation arrangements because my reservation was not confirmed. The day of my departure, I received a call from the driver, saying he was at my house. He described the wrong house and provided me with the main contact line to inquire about my reservation. I called three times before I was able to speak with a human. They said my reservation was confirmed and then emailed me the receipt of the charge they applied to my card - that morning - not prior. No emails were in my spam, so I did not miss any communication, they failed to confirm and still charged a ridiculous fee for a short distance that was never driven. Beware of this company. They will not confirm and leave you wondering, then immediately they are able to find your email to process a payment after your unconfirmed pickup time (and who knows what location). They also hung up on me when I asked what email they sent the confirmation to. Better off with any other company. Should have known better with all of the spelling/grammar errors on the website that details are not their forte.

He was the most miserable person I have ever come in contact with. I politely asked where the closest place was to get champagne so we could toast in the bus and he threw his hands up and rudely said that he didn't know. I felt scolded for asking a simple question. As we drive, he slammed on his breaks numerous times as our videographer has on tape and every person on the bus spilled drinks because of it. To top it off, we arrived at the reception at 6 pm when we had paid to be on the bus until 645 pm. I asked why we had arrived so early and he responded with: "You had reservations until 630 pm and I have somewhere to be so this is going to have to work." He also said that he already talked to his manager about me, called me a F****** B****, and said that his manager said that he would expect nothing less than someone like me from a party like that. All while this lovely conversation was going on, he coasted in the parking lot and SLAMMED on his breaks, throwing everyone in the bus. The bride and groom spilled drinks all over themselves before entering the reception. Our videographer saw everything and was even nervous about our safety. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. I would hate for anyone else to have such a horrible experience on their wedding day. Luckily, being the "type of party" we are, we made the best of the night to celebrate the wedding we were in.

I was texted pictures of the bus that would be picking us up, but a stretch SUV showed up instead. I understand that mechanical issues can occur, but a phone call was expected to inform me of the change. The stretch SUV was not only was too small to accommodate the amount of people traveling, but the air conditionally was not functional. The trip was miserable. Additionally, the 6 hour package is really 5 1/2 hours. Overall, the service rendered did not meet the agreement. Extremely disappointed!

Once for the…read moredouble decker party bus for our friends anniversary then the trolley for their organized wine tour. What I thought would be 2 very different experiences ended up being very similar. Both instantly they let you play your own music. Obviously party music for the party bus. They provide ice and cups and water. The wine tour also offered sodas. BYOB and they provide bottle openers so you can enjoy your goodies. The wine tour took us to 3 wineries in 4 hours. Tight time schedule because the farthest winery is 45 minutes from Toledo and that trolley doesn't really go speed limit. I'm glad it doesn't because my butt was hurting from the uncomfortable seats but after the first stop and some drinks you don't feel it much anymore. We stopped at Leisure time winery, majestic winery and american winery. Limited food options. Only male on the trolley was the driver but he was a sweetie pie and put up with all the female chatter. Now you would think a trolley full of women would be pretty mild but we were dancing down the aisle by the second stop. Now the party bus has same offerings but the seating was much more plush. Comfortable seating with 2 levels so plenty of space. The anniversary couple chose the stops and it was more of a bar hop til 2am. Check my pics. It was a good time but I took an uber home about 1. Only so much alcohol u can consume in a 5 hour period. Team Johnson is definitely a well organized company. They post their events on eventbrite. I would definitely do one of their tours again.
