First, this is the first review I've been inspired to share my experience with ever. I've been a…read morehigh end General Contractor in Middle Tennessee for 20 years and must say I've never once hired a company to provide product or services that flat out refused to correct poor workmanship. I hired Argos to install retractable screens on a multi-million dollar home in Belle Meade. Immediately after install, the screen panels started to bind up and cause ripples in the screens and descending out of balance. It was easy to see the panel widths were mis-measured and needed to be re-ordered. We pointed this out to the rep and the owner immediately and they essentially went dark and offered no solution whatsoever. Of course, i needed to make my clients happy so i had no choice but to hire another retractable screen company to make it right. I paid $15k to make this happen. That re-install happened today, the work was perfect and my clients are happy, which makes me happy on that end. I couldn't recommend Gotcha Covered for all your retractable screen needs. They are first class! I wouldnt recommend anyone using Argos for any purpose given their behavior after the sale/not willing to fix their mistakes. Beware!

Positives are quick response to our call. Sales part, measuring and installation were smooth. Nice people work there. Negatives are, after a small change how to pay the outstanding balance, lack of internal communication. You have to leave message with "call centar" and wait 24-48 hours that somebody will call you. What most likely doesn't happen. Then, a month later, we started receiving a multiple phone calls without any message left. I called to bring to their attention this issue without any help. Finally, I left message for the owner and never received a call back. Too soon to evaluate quality of product, but enough to raise a question how "Renewal by Andersen" response to customer inquiries. ******** This is a update to my original review. Within couple days I received DM from the Company. What's a very nice reaction. After exchanging couple messages I received a phone call from VP Operation. It was a very professional phone call and I had a opportunity to deliver to him my experience communicating during process of buying and mounting windows. I will update my star rating based on this experience. ******** Here is a paste response to Antonio M. Renewal by Andersen Social Media person.Antonio M. Thank you for the response. Yes, that's correct, I received a phone call from Sam Spires and I had a opportunity to express my concerns. It was a very professional conversation. I hope that my input will help that you improve internal organizational structure for better customer experience. My understanding is that I wasn't the only one who brought the same concerns. Thank you.

Again, I warn you to do your due diligence, seek quotes from multiple companies and do not give in to the high pressure sales tactics Renewal by Andersen employs. Back-handed "apologies" in the response speaks volumes as to the character of their "owner".

This project…read morehas finally completed and we are happy with the windows, but the company is very unprofessional and cost me a lot of time due to no/poor communication. Brad refused to respond to direct questions multiple times in email and we had multiple other communication problems including no call / no show on scheduled dates. The windows took over 120 days to arrive after measurements. On day one of the scheduled install the installers (two man team) arrived without the new windows and stated they had no plans to work that day. A "two day install" turned into twelve days in November 2025, although only seven days with installers on-site as the other five days were no call / no shows. The install project stretched from early November 2025 into mid-March 2026 due to an incorrectly sized plus broken window. These last two items were finally installed in mid-March 2026, again with communication and scheduling issues (no call / no show, and then an unscheduled arrival that disrupted personal plans one evening). I understand jobs can take longer than expected or other scheduling conflicts arise but those should be clearly communicated to the customer(s). Instead family plans were disrupted multiple times, work hours were lost, and no apology or explanation were given. The windows are finally complete and look great but the overall headache was not worth the cost.
