I have read the other review and yes, MORE EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!! These guys are so friendly, so accomodating and, while we're at it, AMAZING at what they do! I had bathroom vent fans, a dryer, an attic fan, insulation and a vapor barrier all installed in my home. These guys went above and beyond every single day! I work for a company who believes the "Devil is in the Details" and nothing is more true! I came home expecting it to look like contractors had been in my home and there was no sign left behind except for phenomenal work! While they were there they also installed downspout extensions that I never expected and today my cameras caught them in the act!!! They were putting new light bulbs in the cans on my front porch! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Total Home Performance, for understanding what it takes to give great customer service, for exceeding expectations and for doing it all as just a regular part of what you do every day!!! #ThankYou !! You have given this hard-working Single Mom a whole lot to be thankful for!!! read more

You should probably tell your employees not to drive 80 down Rt 50, tailgating and cutting people off while in a vehicle with your company's name on it. People have their families in the car and don't appreciate some knucklehead driving like a moron heading to the office. read more

Total Home Performance - Finally caught up after he got stuck behind a dump truck. Watched this guy weave in and out of traffic on Rt 50. - General Contractors Near Me - Easton, Maryland

They sent out a rep to check on possible energy savings on a program with BG&E . Ken was on time , resourceful and full of information . The staff when I call in to schedule are lovely and great to deal with . I have been a working carpenter for over 39 years and I know quality professionalism when I see it . I would recommend this company to anyone I work with . read more

Terrific folks, friendly & professional and extremely responsive. Definitely recommend!

Just wanted to say thank you for sending a great crew to winterize my home. Dennis, Immer, Alexander, Carlos J. and Selving were all courteous, polite and professional. Though the temperature was extremely hot (90's), they did an "AMAZING" job. read more

Total Home Performance is my trusted source for mold, moisture, crawlspace, attic and related issues. They have done multiple projects for me to improve my recently purchased historic home, which had numerous moisture and mold problems resulting from years of neglect and improper work. They encapsulated the old unimproved sections of crawlspace under the house and newer sun porch addition and installed a dehumidifier and sump pump, blew spray foam into the attic, and have consulted on numerous improvements I wanted to make. All these improvements have lowered my energy bills significantly as they indicated, and allowed me to sleep at night, knowing I'm breathing cleaner air now that the crawlspace is clean and encapsulated. They referred other excellent companies to help me with structural and HVAC work, and whenever I need help with something, I call Derek. He grew up in the area and knows who to use, in addition to understanding my needs and desire for high quality work, and his recommendations have been spot on. Matt, Derek and their team of workers are extremely professional and great to work with. Their prices are reasonable (even coming in below estimate and charging me the lower amount), their workers are neat and considerate, and their work is top notch. It is an extreme pleasure to work with such a professional company in an area where this kind of quality is rare. Many of my neighbors use them and praise them as well. Highly recommended and deserving of a 5-star rating. read more

Total Home Performance IS. THE. BEST! Five stars? I would given them one millions stars! I was new to the eastern shore and I had just bought a house that had a terrible drainage issue with 6 inches of water in the crawl space. Thank goodness I found THP! Not only did they solve THAT problem but they helped me apply for tax credits that enabled me to insulate my attic and seal up drafty holes in the attic...at no out-of-pocket cost to me! And service didn't stop there! They are a fantastic resource for all sorts of other top-notch professionals in the area too! And the people! Where do I begin?? I love them all. From Shelby and Logan in the office who manage everything so efficiently and smoothly...to Derek and Brady who expertly and accurately assessed my energy issues (after my appointment, Brady even gave me a ride to my local mechanic to pick up my car!!), to Brendan, Luis and Francisco, the epic team who actually encapsulated my crawl space with such a great attitude, showed up every day on time, kept me up-to-date on the project, and who would be singing down in my crawl space while laying face down in the mud under my home, to supervisor Eric who would periodically stop by to check in and who conducted the final walk-thru inspection to ensure perfection. Results? Yes, please! Literally...with the work THP did and a new heat pump my electric bill went from $500/month to about $150/month!!! My little home has been neglected over the years but she is warm and dry now...thanks to Total Home Performance! Great knowledge. Great service. Great PEOPLE. Great Company. Total Home Performance delivers! Thank you sooo very much for helping me during a time when I really needed some good advice! You far exceeded my expectations! read more

Total Home Performance far exceeded expectations! All of the staff involved in providing a whole house insulation service was outstanding, from the office project coordinators, managers, inspector, installers and quality check inspector. Outstanding! They were timely, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable at all times. They discovered asbestos in the crawlspaces of my home when they conducted the weatherization inspection. The installers were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and careful not to track anything in my home. All dirt and debris was meticulously removed. They worked over to complete the job, even working during snow on a late Friday afternoon. By far, they provided the very best service I have ever received in over 30 years of home ownership, in three different locations. It is a pleasure to highly recommend Total Home Performance for any work that they are contracted to complete. read more

When I called Total Home Performance I had a lot of questions about my crawl space. A rep named Derek came out to my house and took a look. He took photos of everything and answered all my questions while he was there. I am so glad we used Total Home Performance to fix our crawl space. They were able to fix the nasty mold smell that we were having in our house. They were also able to get us a rebate for the energy saving services they performed in the crawl space. I would recommend them. read more
